I was able to put this together in an afternoon by myself. The instructions are easy to understand but the wiring of the digital component was a little hard for me so it doesn’t capture how many miles or how many minutes I’ve been riding. I guess that’s not too important to me because I still use the bike, it’s a darn good bike. It’s very quiet and stable.

Was easy to set up. Unlike IKEA, all the nuts and bolts are in the holes they should be, so that helps not having to figure out what bolt goes where. Every single piece is well made, steel is solid! I’m 6-1″ and 220 and it’s sturdy when I’m on it. It’s SILENT! Which is great. About as small as it could be and still fit a human of my size. The resistance is ok, nothing killer, but def will give the average person a good go! If your some work out nut .. then this isn’t for you. But if your just some normal person trying to save space and have a stationary bike.. then this is great. I’m in hip PT, so this is perfect for me! I see others out there, but this was the cheapest and def very well made. Padding on the seats and back is very comfy.

Our granddaughter has been going to physical therapy for juvenile arthritis and my daughter was looking for something that her daughter could use at home in addition to the PT. Most exercise bikes are too large for children (she is 9 and 4’3″ tall).
I did a search on Amazon and came across this one. It says it is rated for 4’4″ up to 6’3″ so I figured if it was too big, my daughter and her husband could use it for now. However, my granddaughter fits perfectly on the smallest settings, and she is able to use this bike without any issues.
Once I decided to get this model, I ordered it directly from Caromix via Amazon. It was delivered in a matter of days and the box was in perfect shape on arrival. I uncrated everything and laid out all of the parts. I was pleasantly surprised that all of the nuts, bolts and screws were already in place. We just needed to loosen and remove them and then put them back when adding the parts to the mainframe. It was quite easy to assemble, even though the instructions were a bit difficult to read with the small print. It was so easy, that my granddaughter actually did just about everything, with me telling her where to put the parts and holding them while she attached everything. All the tools were included too.
Once assembled, she couldn’t wait to try it out. You can see the cardboard, instructions and tools were still out as we literally had just finished with the assembly when I took this picture. Her smile in the picture says it all. She said it was very easy to pedal for her in the easy setting. She was able to use the hand and foot resistant bands also, with no trouble at all. She said this machine is like the ones she uses at physical therapy, so I guess that means it is that good.
It folds up to a standing position, with no need to lean it against something once folded. It is not something that a 9 year old can fold up but that is a good thing as it shows how sturdy it is. There are several adjustments that can be made to change the height, angle and tension, so it can be used by the entire family.
They now have it in their house and my granddaughter is using it on a regular basis without being told to do so. She said it is so much fun, while giving her the physical therapy that will hopefully help her to get out of pain in the future.
The positives I have to sum up are quality construction, ease of assembly, adjustable to different size users, very comfortable seat, adjustable tension, an LCD display monitor that gives a lot of information regarding the workout, very quiet operation, and an unbelievable value for what I paid for it. I have no negatives at all.
I highly recommend this Caromix exercise bike.

I’m so happy with my bike!! I love everything about it. It’s not big and bulky, easily can be moved around with rollers on the front. It’s the quietest bike I’ve ever seen! If someone is sleeping, no problem! I loved how it came in the box. All the nuts, screws, washers etc., came already assembled in their correct places, all I had to do was unscrew them, lay the part in and screw them back in. I didn’t have to look for the right one to use, they didn’t come all together in a little clear bag. It came with all the tools that you will need, I didn’t have to go raid the tool box. The assembly was easy and fast, my sister owns the very same bike and she helped me put it together. My bike came in the afternoon and we had it together and I was riding it about an hour later, it was great! I looked up what my heart rate should be for a beginner using a stationary bike and I plan to start at the beginning. Currently, I am riding for 15 mins. twice a day, and will work my way up slowly so as not to get discouraged or have sore achy muscles. Since my sister has the same bike, we can ride together and have fun, it’s so much fun. I can’t say enough about this bike. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase, it is an awesome stationary bike and I’m so thrilled that I got it!! Oh, I forgot to mention, it also comes with resistance bands, two up front for the arms and one in the lower back for the legs and it also has a nice monitor up front with all the info, distance, heart rate, speed, timer, calories, odometer, and you can reset it all every time you go for a ride. For people like me with lower back problems, it also comes with a really comfortable back rest and arm rest so you can ride comfortably upright without bending over the bike, so happy with that feature. It’s very well made, nothing cheap at all. The seat is very comfortable also. I look forward to going on a bike ride everyday now and hopefully getting into better shape!! Thank you Amazon!

This exercise bike performs exactly as advertised. It was fairly easy to assemble and came with all the necessary tools to put it together. It took maybe an hour from the time it took to unbox everything to final assembly. It’s pretty sturdy and folds easy enough to put away when done using it.
The resistance bands are a nice addition. The pedal resistance works nicely, though I would mind if it had a bit more resistance. The seat is not the most comfortable but serves its purpose well enough. The electronics all work just fine and work as intended.
Everything seems to be well made so I expect this machine to last a good long while under proper use. It’s a great buy at this price.
