I was planning to buy a vitamin D supplement however I got this instead. For a week taking, I don’t feel any bad effects and Im happy with this supplement. Wish they had a bigger bottle so it would last for a year.

First, the Magnesiums used are all fairly good (don’t buy magnesium oxide, it has a 8% absorption rate).
-Magnesium Citrate has a ~30% absorption rate, can help detoxify you, and is good for cardiovascular issues.
-Magnesium Malate has a ~40% absorption rate, good for chronic-fatique, and good for increasing energy.
-Magnesium Glycinate has around an 80% absorption rate, doesn’t give you any laxative issues, good for sleep, stress, migraines, and muscle spasms.
The reason I say these are a good combination is Vitamin D3 needs magnesium to work.
The reason for the zinc, your Vitamin D receptors will not take the Vitamin D if you have a deficiency in Zinc. Zinc also had a multitude of other benefits as well.
Overall, this is a good combination of supplements as each one of these supplements alone provide a substantial benefit to the body, but together, they work very well.

My D3, Magnesium and Zinc are three things I love to take on their own so a 3 in 1 version? Yes please.
Easy to take and no ill effects so far but I won’t know how well they’re working till my next doctors visit.

I typically take supplements to help address some of my deficiencies and this combo checks off two of mine. Like most people my vitamin D levels are low. I look for supplements to help with this and the magnesium zinc is an added bonus for me. The levels in this are a good portion of you recommended daily amount, so that’s good. The capsules are reasonably sized, are easy to take and don’t have any unpleasant tastes or other side effects.

These are often vitamins that go lacking , especially if you workout a lot. These also are things that are not super high % of daily intake in a typical multi-vitamin. My routine is to have my multi in the morning and then have one of these with my dinner to help add to my daily total and spread out the intake. Zero taste and the capsules go down well.

Zinc and D3 are two of the most important supplements for good health especially if you don’t get enough time in bright sunlight for your skin to make enough D3 on its own. Most Americans are vitamin D deficient and D supplementation is one of the few that even people eating healthy diets need.
This is a trusted brand and I like that they package and test the product in the USA.
The only problem I see is that the suggested serving size of one capsule doesn’t reach the recommended daily amount of any of the ingredients. It’s common to see D3 and zinc supplements providing several multiples of the minimum recommended amount (it’s really hard to get a lot of magnesium in a single capsule, so the low dosage there is not surprising). Taking 2 capsules daily would resolve the problem, but that reduces the value proposition of the product as now you’re paying $10 for a 45 day supply.
Overall a good Zinc + D3 supplement with a little magnesium thrown in as a bonus, but higher zinc and D3 dosages are needed to make this a competitive product.
