I’m 6’2″ and was concerned about a bench being too short. This bench is long enough and would likely be long enough for someone at least 6’5″. I’ve been using the bench for a few months now for flat, incline, and decline bench press, military press, etc. and it’s an excellent buy for the money, even compared to kijiji.
The assembly is easy and the bench is sturdy. The legs are wide enough that there’s no wobble to the bench. It’s so stable that I would feel comfortable using it for box jumps if I wasn’t concerned about tearing up the cushion cover material, which appears decent but not bulletproof and I wouldn’t want to test it unnecessarily. As for the cushion, it’s firm enough that it doesn’t compromise function but it’s comfortable to lie on.
This is an outstanding bench for the money. The only thing that I wish it had was leg bars to secure your legs for the decline press – the cross-bars seen in the photo aren’t padded and are a little short but they can do in a pinch. That being said, most standard benches don’t have leg supports and they’re not even essential for the decline, just a nice-to-have.
This bench doesn’t have wheels but it’s so light that it moves around very easily. I don’t miss wheels at all.
The capacity is high enough for my purposes at 600 lbs – I’m about 200 and if I get to the point where I’m pressing 400 lbs, it’s probably time for a new bench anyway.

So, after reading a lot of reviews with about, I would say, 40/50 split negative/positive, I was reluctant to buy this bench. However, due to the limited choices due to the virus and my budget, since I spent a lot of money trying to built my garage gym… I did order it. So here is my review:
*Super easy to put together with detailed instructions that specify even the number of the bolt you need. You will need a wrench to tight the bolts properly as it only comes with an Alan wrench. My 5 year old can provably do this… seriously stupid easy.
Very lightweight, easy to move. So far very solid. I done chest, and shoulders, so I tried all the angles posible and the bench handle well, no shaking or anything.
The decline angle for me is great in fact I use a deeper angle at the gym (Some reviews were complaining of being to steep).
Any way, very happy with the bench with value vs. cost.
It has been a while since I got it and many workouts later, I am still liking it and had no issues with it.

So, this bench will work for what I need (basic exercises with light to medium weight and some bodyweight exercises) for short term (1-2 years).
It is an okay deal at $75, but would have sent it back for full price of $95. Quality control is sketchy. Instructions are wrong in some places so there is a little trial and error during assembly. As for the bench itself: 1.) there is some rust in areas 2.) pieces bent 3.) poor and unsquare welds 4.) bench isn’t flat while in the flast position. 5.) Foot rest fits very loosely and wobbles around.
I would be sure to keep it in one spot as it feels like moving it or mishandling could easily break something. Looks like 2-3 years of use might be the max. Wouldn’t buy it again, it’ll do for now.

Great value for the price. Easy to assemble on your own. Sturdy for weight lifting. Looks professional. Bench cover is soft and comfortable. Great addition to your home gym.

For the low cost it’s a solid bench. Don’t expect it to be plush but it is not uncomfortable. I’ve also experienced the screws becoming loose with continuous use. I’ve rectified the issue by using thread locker on the screws for the seat and back rest. No buyers regret.

Bench feels sturdy as any other gym bench would. This is my first bench I have ever bought it’s similar to the flybird bench but I prefer cap it seems more reliable. it uses a locking pin. No assembly required it’s ready straight out the box ,and also fits in tight spaces. Only is 30lbs package was easy to lift. It also can be stored easily.

I’ve been using the CAP Barbell Adjustable Utility Bench for a few months now, and I couldn’t be more pleased! It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and versatile enough to handle everything from flat bench presses to incline/decline exercises. The build quality is exceptional—no wobbling or squeaking, even when lifting heavier weights.
The adjustable settings make it a perfect fit for various workouts, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter. It’s compact enough to fit in smaller spaces, yet robust enough to feel like you’re in a professional gym. The padding is comfortable but firm, giving great support during intense sessions.
If you’re looking for a reliable, multi-functional weight bench for your home gym, this is the one to get! Highly recommended!

Great bench for the price, but it’s not super sturdy. It wobbles just a little bit. Otherwise, it’s perfect for our home gym.

El banco no se siente debil ni poco estable cuando se usa mucho peso. Los unicos detalles son que es incomoda la posicion declinada.

Shipped In 10 days which is pretty fast considering this pandemic, the bench itself feels strong and can probably hold 600 lbs (Bodyweight+the weight you bench) like it says but is a little wobbly. It won’t wobble while you are benching as long as you have good form and aren’t unevenly benching it. You should probably have some of your own tools to help build this such as a socket wrench. This is a good but not great bench, it will work for the average and even above average person, but if you are repping 315 and over and weigh 250 I would get a better bench. (4 stars)
