I bought this for use with Pilates. I am 5’10 tall and it is plenty long enough to lay on outstretched and have room. Thick but lightweight and rolls up easy for transport. I recommend this mat. Good price & good quality.

Perfect length and width. I’m 5’5”. It was also the right thickness and rebounds fast after stepping on it. I think it would last for quite awhile.

This mat is well made, and offers excellent cushioning via the thick foam construction. One side is ribbed, the reverse side is flat/smooth. I used it with the ribbed side up, which is more visually appealing. It’s great for exercise, especially if you’re working out on a hard floor. It’s really not conducive to balance or yoga positions. The thick cushioning will interfere with balance and steadiness, unless you’re truly a master and can maintain balance positions in soft footing surfaces.
The surface of the mat seems easy to clean, with a damp cloth. There appears to be a waterproof layer. Time and usage will determine how long that nice surface will persist. For now, I like the easy maintenance.
I thought the significant other would like this as for her yoga practice. She likes the thickness, but said it wouldn’t help when she’s doing one leg poses. So, she recommended I use it to encourage more exercising (hmmm).
Overall, it’s a nicely designed exercise mat. It earns a 4.5+ star rating, with a favorable recommendation.

I bought it because I started doing PT at home and some of the exercises where on the floor. I was able to complete them easier and I can tell you that I could not feel the floor. It comes with the strap to carry it which is a plus for the price
