Been about a month using this new bag. Seems pretty sturdy, durable even! As part of my fitness routine, I train 100 kicks per day and occasionally use the bag upwards of 30 minutes just boxing. It’s durable! Filling it wasn’t too much of an issue as I had clothes and sand I could utilize. I enjoy it, and I’m glad I found this particular bag!

Just received this bag over the weekend and was able to get it filled and set up very easily! We used sand and old clothing to fill and it’s the perfect addition to our home gym. My husband is the main user of this bag and uses it for punching and kicking when he is working out and so far it has been very durable and comfortable to use. I’ve been using this boxing bag for about almsot 2 weeks, and it’s been a decent addition to my home workout setup. This bag is great for beginners. You do have to fill it, we used bags of sand as well as old clothing to make sure it still had “give” to it when hit. The color will show scuffs and dirt, but every fight gets a little dirty lol. Overall I like it for the kids to practice strikes and kicks on and using it for knee on belly drills for jiu jitsu. I love the quality that Elite always uses for their products. This bag is a great choice, especially for the price.

Speaking as a former collegiate boxer and 25+ years mixed martial arts, this is among the better canvas bags I have seen out of the box. Positives: the chain attach points at the bag have 4 lines of bar stitching on the canvas strap connecting the D ring to the bag, the D ring is welded so it won’t separate, the chains are collected at a swivel, the chain is fairly light weight, the canvas is a fine weave compared to a course weave, there is a liner in the bag, good zipper, vertical seam is not obtrusive, great size for a ground n pound bag if working on the floor, good size to work accuracy when banging from the feet, superb youth size bag. Negatives: small diameter/size overall so it swings substantially if you are working purely power and looking for a stationary target (conversely if working on footwork, accuracy and timing it is perfect for that). Overall, a great tool for working dynamic striking from feet or GNP or youth. If looking to focus on power, you will need a different tool. Since footwork, speed and timing kill, it is a great tool to really hone that. The construction for the price is fantastic.
