I lost my older version of this camelbak water bottle. I like the New sip quantity and the better leak proof design. However, my stem at the top does not lock down onto the water bottle- it just goes partway down and so tends to flip back up. Not really very happy about that. I needed the bottle so I kept it. Not sure if I just received a faulty bottle or if they all behave like that with the new design. I preferred the old design that the sip portion would lock down on the bottle.

Die Farbe weicht der vom Foto ab. Die Flasche hat einen deutlich dunkleren Farbton.
Ansonsten kann ich bzgl der Funktion noch kein Feedback geben.

I take this to the gym everyday plus to my volunteer job at a hospital. It also is taken on Saturday hikes. It’s easy to use and clean.

Opens up easily but the up and down straw makes it leak proof. I am a big fan of mini backpacks so this fits in the main compartment with my other items nicely so I always have water on the go!

I got this for bedside, night time sips of water. Really quite perfect for this use.
I earlier water bottle would disturb my wife with a rather loud click when opening.
This one does not make any noise. Even better, you don’t need to close the spout – The special silicon spout is sealed tight until you bite down on it to open it. Drop it in you sleep – No problem! It does take some alertness to orient the bottle so that the spout opening is vertical in your reclined mouth. It comes apart easily for cleaning, contrary to some reviews. The only downside is the large diameter straw that holds a lot of air when the water level is down.

I’ve used CamelBak bottles for several years. Recently needed a new lid/bite-valve/straw for old bottles with warn out bite-valves. Bought this new bottle, have used it for a trip. No leaks, easy to use. Keeps water clean, readily accessible. Will soon update lids/bite-valves of old bottles. Will happily cut the extra straws I’ve stored for such a time as this.

it took me a while to decide on water bottles because of such mixed reviews. i wanted one with a straw that was leak-proof and easy to clean, and i got the 20 ounce bottle to replace a similar size bottle that is not made to be leak-proof and leaks a lot. these bottles are awesome. simple great design, easy to clean (i haven’t washed in dishwasher yet, but easy to take apart and clean). i actually love the “bite” straw, although i was a little worried about this. leak-proof. the 20 oz size fits in my car and in my bag for work easily. will likely order more!

The bite valve (the rubber part on top of the straw) immediately split off from the water bottle after just a handful of uses. Barely got to use it before the rubber split apart, so it’s not due to overuse or anything of the sort. I’m not sure if the product itself is poorly made or if I received a faulty bite valve, but buyers should be aware of this before purchasing. Would not recommend!
