I read tons of reviews before buying this 2 pack of narrow knee supports…price wise there were cheaper and more expensive. Having tried the bulkier knee strap supports, which I wasn’t happy with, other purchasers suggested these had merit.
Well I agree!
As soon as I got these supports I strapped them on, walked and sat in them. Then tested them 20 mins on my rebounder – my right knee particularly gets stirred up with activity and I have to be careful it doesn’t ‘giveout’ rebounding.
I was surprised how stable and ‘secure’ my knees felt. I didn’t strap on too tightly, and surprisingly they didn’t slide down at all, unlike the knee sleeve supports I’ve used .
I noted plenty of scope to tighten the velcro strap if the bands stretch with wear.
They come with 2 sets of straps, a shorter child size set.
Feeling confident with these tiny but effective supports.
I liked that the seller has a support email address too, I was ready to contact them. If they were rubbish, but glad I didn’t have to go down that path.
They appear a high quality product, edges are neatly sewn and no scratchy Velcro from poor design ( did read that in other product reviews)
Only thing, you don’t get a choice on colour as shown in the seller images. I got sent random black with red inner.
If you’re indecisive about these, for the price and relief it may give you, I would suggest purchasing a set of these knee supports.

Just used for the first time. Walked my usual hills and trails that typically jolt me with what feels like bone on bone pain with each incline and today I was completely pain free. I am an active 64 year old male with well-used knees and on my first go this product is a KEEPER. I am impressed with the results, price/value, quality of the fabric, support, ease of use and yet they are much lighter and more efficient than any other product I have tried. Totally impressed and definitely recommend to others.

Had a little trouble assembling it together but nothing a YouTube video couldn’t handle! This brace really helps with arthritis pain and helps support your knee 24/7. Tight and comfortable fit. Adjustable and slips on perfectly. The mesh on the bottom makes it comfortable for all day wear. The Velcro never slips and it keeps its tightness all day. Highly recommend!

I have bad knees because of my previous job. Walking was painful so I tried these and they work. The straps are adjustable, and I like that it’s Velcro and not a slip on brace because I can put the brace on while sitting down instead of having to lean down as you would have to do for a slip on brace. It isn’t a fix all, but it helps a lot with my pain and prevents it from getting worse so I’m satisfied.

I am an aging ex tennis player that has recently picked the sport up again recreationally as well as pickleball. Maybe getting back into it a little too fast has caused some issues physically, including my knees (feet & elbow too ha).
After a month or so of playing 3/4 times a week I felt a slight pop then a slight crunch underneath the lower part of my left knee cap. Might be bone fragments floating or could just be bone on bone rubbing from the patella moving which happens as joints age. I’m not one to go to doctors unless absolutely necessary and didn’t want to for this as I suspected what the issue was.
As a result I looked to see if there was something that could be done to help. Saw this type of band was popular among athletes, from runners to tennis players. this is supposed to keep the knee cap from sliding down too far apparently. I gave it a try and the first time out was pleased.
I was worried about comfort. Sometimes these types of braces with velcro fastenings are not comfortable and can dig into skin etc. Not the case. This is very comfortable to wear. The band is soft and I wore it for an hour playing pickleball and really didn’t even notice it. I wore it on both knees even though my left knee was the one with the issues. I did, however, feel a little tweak on the right as well.
I also was worried about the band slipping and not staying put. Not the case. This stays in place very well. I retightened it once during a water break but it wasn’t really necessary. I use the large straps that come with these bands and they are a little long, however they attach well as there is plenty of velcro material to fasten too. Between the large and small straps, this should fit all sizes of knees.
Overall, I am pleased with this band, Good value for ten bucks. Comfortable, and works to keep the kneecap in place.
edit: this is still a great product, however, I needed to step up to full knee braces. Had too much after playing swelling and discomfort. Getting old is not for the weak…

Was looking for a replacement for my old knee strap and this does the job. Not only that, it is more comfortable. It is easy to use and seems to be a quality made product. It supports the patella and allows me to walk pain free and to let my knee to heal.
