I was considering buying the more expensive sidekick scraper but chose to get this instead. I’m convinced that the sidekick is a huge ripoff. This works well and feels solid. I struggle with plantar fasciitis on and off and this really helps with keeping it at bay so I’m not in too much pain as I try to increase my activity.

My PT had done this technique on my various muscle woes before. I had no idea what it was called (“gua sha” originally from Traditional Chinese Medicine). The set doesn’t come with any instructions, but it’s very easy to use, and it’s easy to learn more from the Internet.
After some quick scan of reviews, I couldn’t decide which shape would be best for me, so I decided to go ahead and get the 3-in-1. Really glad I did. Each one is slightly better for different surfaces. The largest one is good for my hamstrings and things. The smallest is great on my calves and Achilles tendon. The S-shaped one is great for everything else. They all feel nicely weighted and durable. Easy to clean, and comes in a nice envelope-shaped case.
Only concern/question I have is whether TSA is going to wonder what these are as I really want to bring them any time I travel. Portable and easier to use than a foam roller or roller stick for those stubborn spots. Time will tell if I can break up fascial adhesions. If you’re reading these reviews, just go ahead and order this set. You’ll be pleased.

So heard about this online and decided to give it a try. I chose stainless steel over ceramic because if you accidently drop it, well you get it. These are great because they are smooth and come in different sizes. What I find amazing is that using them to basically scrape your legs hips and arms increases circulation, helps firm up skin fascia, and makes your skin super soft. I think it helps with pain n inflammation as well. I think it does help with cellulite too but isnt necessarily as effective as I’d hoped, even so I will continue to use these daily.

These are so helpful for self massage, and help reduce some discomfort. These massage blades come in a sleek carrying case that one can throw in their bag. With three blades to choose from, finding the fit to rub out those knots is easy. Functionality is farely simple and under $20.

This is a nice sturdy set. The stainless steel is really durable and feels good against my skin. I have actually had some bruising from it. Guess I used too much pressure. The case could be nicer for the price. Easy to clean. Great size of each tool.
