Bought this after it was recommended by my father who has been using it regularly. I tried the other type of creatine, the HCI one which you have to take less of, but it is so acidic that I couldn’t handle the taste and had to put it in capsules. This stuff is tasteless and vanishes into your beverage of choice so I will stick with the traditional version.

I just turned 65. I’ve worked out 5 days a week for the last 10 years. Because of my age I was noticing that I seemed to be losing strength doing what I had always done. My doctor recommended adding a little more intense workout, but I told him I was already pushing myself. He recommended adding creatine to my daily supplements than. Lean muscle mass is critical as we age and he said this would help without overdoing my workouts. He recommends this brand because it was 3rd party tested, it was the Monohydrate, no additives, and much less expensive than the name brands. I trust him for my health. He’s never steered me wrong. Since I’ve started taking it, I’m not having to drop the poundage of my weights anymore to get through sets. That’s progress in my book. Highly recommend for older adults like me. I’m a trainer and I’ve started recommending it to my clients.

I can’t tell a difference when I’m using this but I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking for or how quickly I should see a difference. It is expensive so for that reason I haven’t purchased it again. It’s great when mixed with some TG info like prime powder but alone i am not a fan. It hardly has a flavor but I’m just so sensitive to flavors. It’s easy to mix and drink and the quality seems great to me. Don’t notice any weird textures when mixed.

It is what it says it is. There is little to no taste with a slight change in texture to whatever you’re drinking but nothing abnormal or excessive. Creatine is a well studied supplement and I have noticed differences in my performance in the gym. Great product overall.

This is my absolute favorite creatine. The quality and ingredients are unmatched and I don’t get bloated like others have done. It mixes well but you really have to stir it (I use a frother and mix it in with my pre workout) no flavor and it’s not chalky or anything.

So to start this is the first time I have purchased from Amazon, but have purchased this from the company site many times and have used this for some time!
This creatine is great and actually has no flavor, disolves well in water, and is a great price for the amount of servings you are getting per container.
Regarding the “no flavor” I will say that when I buy creatine this is one of my main selling points, along with how well it disolves, as I typically mix it in with something else like my pre or my protein. I have gotten some creatine that states no flavor and when you mix it all you can taste is this bitter flavor no matter what you mix it with. This actually has no flavor and noatyer what I mix it with, even straight water, it has no flavor that you can taste!
Regarding how well it disolves in water I will say that this is one of the top creatine I have tried that disolves well. I typically put a splash of hot water in the bottom of my cup, shake it up, and then add cold water and whatever I’m mixing with it. This does not leave a residue or any a grainy texture behind when it disolves.
Lastly, price per container is great and I have to say for $24 this is a great deal as you get 50 severings out of it so roughly $.50 a serving!
Overall, this is a great product and a must try if you are looking to start taking or continue taking creatine as it can’t be best for roughly $24 every 2 months!

If gym is your weekly routine then this is the creatine for you!!! We all know consistency and motivation is key to our daily gym goals. This particular creatine will give you the best support for that. 3 weeks into and right now starting week 4 I feel a huge difference in my workout. My reps have increased from 10 to 15-18 reps , my fatigue levels are 5x better and stronger where I am lasting longer during repetitions. Strength has increased by an extra 10-15lbs. I would highly recommended it and I will order more!
