This is actually really fun! Hard to keep it going but it’s all in how you hold your stance but once you get it going it’s fun. The faster you go the more you feel the weight somewhat feeling like it pinches your sides but I think once you get used to it it will be fine. Ready to see what the hype is all about let’s see the inches go!

The assembly was simple but I made the mistake of not reading the brief albeit important instructions because this seemed like a simple concept. After 10 minutes each direction I noticed redness on my hips and the next day bruising appeared. The instructions read “ The length should be as tight as possible around the waist It is better to work together.” While I don’t understand the second part of that statement, I clearly failed to tighten this around my waist. Once my bruises are gone, I’m going to give it another try. It’s a bit loud but it gets my heart rate up which is something.

I like the product the first time I started using this. It was kind of difficult for me because I don’t know how to really start but the more you use it the more you start getting the habit of it so I totally recommend it a good way for a workout.

No se si les va a pasar a todos pero el mio se rompio un balero de los cuatro que trae el carrito como a una semana de estarlo usando, algo mas que note es que se nota el desgaste de las piezas, siempre se termina con un polvillo del mismo plastico. la pesa tiene un buen peso, es ligereamente incomodo al.principio el ajuste de la banda. Se sienten bien los materiales.
No me siento comodo recomendandolo, pero no es mal producto

This product was easy to assemble and came very quickly. I got it to try to get my belly in shape after having my son. I’ve tried everything else and figured why not. I thought it was going to be super easy but I was mistaken!! It was a lot harder to keep the ball in motion than I thought. I did one round of 30 minutes and I am exhausted! My legs and abs are tired and I definitely worked up a good sweat. I’m hoping if I do this 5 days a week I can get my mommy pouch to disappear 🤞🏻Hope this review helps others

So todays the second day I used this hoop and after doing some research by reading comments here and on social media of similar products, I came to the conclusion there are some things you can do to make it work a little better. I took one extra link out more than I did yesterday. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was so solidly around me, it didn’t bend and create places the wheels would catch as it went around. I read somewhere about putting one foot in front of the other and moving slower than you think you should, and I will agree with both of those things too. So make it a little too tight, make the rope as short as it will go (at least to start until you get the hang of it), and do the hip movements slower than you think you should. It definitely takes lots of practice but I do feel like I’m getting better with it. Lol my husband says I look like a video game character as you’re choosing your player. Rocking back and forth like you’re running.

Definitely need space to do this as the weighted ball is flying around you. A workout for sure. Not much for the arms to do but be sure you hold them out of the way! The noise is expected but bearable. Fits any size as the links can be added or removed easily.
