I bought these for Beachbody mbf program. I bought 3 kinds and these are my favorite of the three. They have lighter handles and heavier balls. But I like the longer handles and rope. I hit myself less with these. I don’t like the short handles on other products, it’s uncomfortable. The handles were comfortable on these and the longer ropes I think help with not hitting myself. This is the first time I’m using ropeless jump ropes and they work well for the program I’m using them in. I also received a card to get a free pair. So now my husband will have a set when he joins me in my workout. Win win. Very happy with these. My twin sister also purchased this one as well. I haven’t been using them long but so far I’m happy with them!

I have been so impressed with the Tugsport Ropeless Jump Rope that I have given them to 18 friends and family! Still thrilled with them!
I have gone from a size 1X to a Medium in 6 months! I count seconds not rotations. Started out 10 forward/10 backwards. Once a day. Now 80 forwards/80 backwards with arms in numerous

Is it a tool or a toy? You don’t even have to jump to feel your heart racing after only 20 seconds! I have purchased 19 pair as gifts to date! I saw my stamina rapidly increase over the weeks. I saw muscle building in only 3 weeks! I started off counting 10 seconds forward, 10 seconds backwards. Over the last 7 months I have built up to 80 seconds (160 rotations) forwards and backwards. When people ask what encouraged my health progess I tell them and show them my Tugsport Ropeless Jump Rope! TugSport has helped me drop 38 pounds and tone my torso and arms! Thank you, Tugsport! Used them for my BODi workouts and so far working as described. Good balance with the balls. Only wish the handles had weights in them to add to the workout like some other brands do.

I’ll be blunt, jump-ropes and I have never done very well together. My lack of co-ordination is legendary in that regard. However this product allows me to get the cardio benefits of rope-skipping without the embarrassment of tripping every 10 seconds. Plus I can do it in the house. Well-made and inexpensive. In short, it works for me.
