    For what it is, it was pretty good. I did use an egg though and some almond milk instead of water. Good with some sugar free syrup. A little expensive though but all keto things seem to be. Matty to make some myself next time. If not I’ll buy another bag of these!

    I ordered this last August 2024 (also noted by Amazon that this was previous purchase) and buying it again now, however, I do notice a difference in the ingredients list and the number of total carbs. This product has lesser listed ingredients and lesser carbs—definitely a good thing. Yet to see if the taste is any different. I hope this was an attempt to improve the quality of the product.

    This product has changed the glucose control for me. The fiber ensures a slow climb and a steady fall, without getting too high and without a crash.

    I use a cup of mix and about half a cup of water and the resulting pancakes fill me up so much, I can go all day and even a late dinner without feeling hungry.

    Match this with the keto syrup by same brand and it’s a perfect breakfast. I can no longer find this in the 1lb bag, and oddly buying the chocolate chip version of the mix is more affordable than the plain mix. But that has also grown on me and I find I use even less syrup, if I need any at all.

    It does take a little practice cooking any new mix as they can respond to heat a little bit different. But after a couple mornings I was quickly a pro at getting this product cooked just right, as I had found the best heat for the pans I’m using.

    I recommend this product to anyone where topic happens to come up, especially with those who are diabetic or working to drop or maintain weight, but still want to enjoy a yummy breakfast option.

    Absolutely the best pancake mix, the cassava in it really adds a nice taste. Great pancakes especially when cooked in coconut oil they go all crispy, so delicious

    SUPER PRICEY & BAG IS TINY. I USED IT TWICE!! GREAT INGREDIENTS HOWEVER. EVERY OTHER KETO PANCAKE MIX USES A TOXIC PSEUDO SWEETNER. STEVIA IS THE ONLY SWEETNER THATS NOT TOXIC.

    These are so easy to make, just add water. I like to put a little cinnamon in them as well. These also never upset my tummy which a lot of keto/sugar free foods do. Highly recommend and wish they sold these regularly at Target.
