This product was not what expected . I brought it for my dogs but the quality did not withstand the training . I personally would not repurchase or recommend this product

although it was easy to assemble it is a little too sturdy and heavy for the child to use.

Adjustable size hula hoop may be a great idea but this one does NOT work as a hula hoop. Weight placed in any unit is unable to move through the hoop as it is 1) contained in a plastic baggie and 2) cannot move through the units of the hoop as one end of each unit closed. the hoop itself is sturdy but too lightweight and wide. It is also difficult to assemble as the pieces must fit tightly so you have to really work at getting them together! Perhaps it can be used for other purposes but not as a hula hoop for children or adults! Returning this purchase.

As someone who works out at the gym with strength training 5 days a week, it took a fair amount of strength to click these pieces together. I don’t know how this qualifies as adjustable, because if you took out a section, it would be considerable strain on all the other joints. But using it at full size it is a fun toy. We used it for a variety of relays in a PE class. I like the fact that the blue green and yellow are boy friendly colors. Happy with our purchase.

It’s very hard to put it together. And once you did it, very hard to do it again, for example to pour something inside for extra weight. So I cannot give more stars…

Terrible, very hard to assemble, super tight joints. Sore hands after taking forever to get it apart to re-package it to send it back! Way too heavy for little kids. One star only because you’re forced to give a star!

I needed a hula hoop for a Halloween costume (if you’ve seen the original ‘karate kid’ you’ll know the costume). Normally I would just buy the cheap one from the dollar store, but they don’t carry them in the fall. Amazon to the rescue! It’s definitely more expensive, but it will also last. It came in pieces that snapped together, but it was easy to do. It’s a little heavier and thicker than the $$ store one. Worth the extra money, and it’ll last longer than the rest of the costume.

That “6pcs” in the description fooled me. I was picturing 6 hula hoops, not pieces to make one hoop. My fault for not reading the fine print. Quality piece, but a bit pricey for one hula hoop
