I was tempted to buy a more expensive rebounder for my first try at this activity. In online reviews some people thought this rebounder was relatively stiff and hard on the body. But someone recommended to not attach all the bungee cords to get it to be softer. So when it arrived, we left out four bungee cords. I weigh 180 pounds and do want to get some resistance when working out. I am finding it somewhat difficult to get used to because I can feel my back muscles. But I am using a Beginner’s Guide from online, to get started safely. The first day, was just 1 min. gentle bouncing without lift off, 2-5 times a day. From there it went to 1.5 min, etc. and then adding 2-5 min of walking or jogging, etc. I can do that easily–but I can feel it. So, I have worked up to about 15 min. in two weeks or so. This may be a wise approach. I am glad I could learn about it online.

So fun and easy to use for a quick workout, energy and mood booster! I’m glad I finally purchased and quit worrying about getting the “best” like some reviews said ($400 plus) This trampoline is heavy duty and stable. Also not as hard to assemble as some reviews stated. I guess that probably depends on the person. I’m a DIY’er. I would not consider it to be easily portable. It does not just fold in half without removing the stability arm and legs. It is quite heavy Which brings much needed stability while bouncing. I’m glad I got the bungee type. It does not hurt my knees and It is quiet. So fun to use. 48″ plenty big enough for Tall girl 5’9″

Came pretty quickly, considering the rural area I am in. I was able to assemble it my self. I’m pretty tall and weigh a fair bit so it was able to deal with my weight as the metal framing is very sturdy and strong and doesn’t buckle. The mat is strong enough and makes it quite bouncy but not too hard of a bounce. It was great that I had all the tools available plus a few extra bungees in case there’s any breakages in the future. I scared the QR code and watch the video which made it very easy for me to put together and follow. Would recommend a study surface because when I’m using it, the wooden floors move a little in this old house and the TV starts to rock a little on the TV cabinet. Overall, everything I expected and more.

I’ll be honest. Putting this together took me far longer than it should have. Part of that is because I didn’t figure out part of the instructions until I was halfway through the process, but part is because the hook for removing the bands broke, making the process far harder than it should have been. The instructions are reasonably good, but not necessarily perfect for the current version of this rebounder, and certain steps require alignment that isn’t mentioned in the instructions. Nevertheless, if you can follow instructions or their video, you will be able to get it done. One important thing I learned is that it’s best to alternate the sides you attach the elastics on as you go to prevent one side from becoming really hard to do because the rest is already attached.
I will say that the rebounder is really sturdy and feels very safe to jump on, even as a larger person. The elastics seem very strong and reliable. You get a few extra in case something breaks, but if you lost more than about 2, I’m not sure how you would replace them. The hook did break early on in the process, so I used the triangle tool to finesse the elastics that I needed to move off. There were also three parts that weren’t mentioned in the instructions that were left over because I didn’t know where to use them, so hopefully they’re not critical. For the price, I think this is a great rebounder, and would recommend it, just approach it with patience and understand that it’s not going to be the easiest process.

Loved idea and concept, but having degenerate disc issues, this turned out not for me! Lymphatic system just will drain, dry brushing and pressure points manually! It was easy on the knees, solid build and loved the bands vs metal. I 100% recommend, but be careful if you have spine issues! Comfortable on the knees too! Happy rebounding!

I’m very satisfied with The BCAN Foldable Mini Trampoline, 40” Fitness Trampoline with Adjustable Handle Bar, Bungee Cords (450LBS/550LBS) Package arrived promptly in good condition. Assembly, putting it together took a bit of effort but once it was set up it was easy to move. The legs, can be remove to be able to fold for easy carry and storage. Always use the triangle metal tool to install the bungee cords. When installing the Handrail Leg, there’s a small black plastic socket, if it pops when inserting the leg, place it back again and secure it, making sure snaps in place with the little hole in the handrail leg. Then attach the leg socket cap. There will be a space in between them. That’s fine.
Overall the BCAN Foldable Mini Trampoline with Handle Bar is well made and gives a firm but soft bounce. Just what is needed, to improve circulation, lymphatic cleansing , and flexibility, to keep active, effortless and gentle on the body. Because it has bungee cords instead of metal springs it is very quiet, while watching TV, sturdy, solid, the bungee cords feel very strong, I really like it in bare feet. Theres all kinds of YouTube videos, which helps with reaching fitness goals. Most of all it is a FUN and COMFORTABLE way to keep healthy by moving every day. Compared to some other bungee type re-bounders, the BCAN’ s great value for your money. I would absolutely recommend this item. A real pleasure to use!

You can’t beat the quality for the price. Very well made, easy to assemble, sturdy. I’ve had it for over 2 months now and use it every day. It really makes exercise fun and where I’ll tell myself I’m going to bounce for just a few minutes, I generally stay on it for longer because it’s fun. I have it out in my living room where it’s accessible and I can jump on several times a day—it’s easy to put away if company’s coming or I leave it out for people to try—everybody loves it! I’m really seeing results and I highly recommend the Bcan 40” rebounder.

I am excited for this trampoline! Two tips from my experience when setting it up:
1. Try screwing in all the legs first to make sure they thread well. Mine has one little post that seems to be smaller in diameter so none of the legs would screw on and hold. (See video)
2. When latching the bungees in place, I worked in a circle around the perimeter. So when I got to the second half it was really tight because everything was already pulled to the first half. So I would suggest doing two at a time on each quadrant so you are keeping the “pulling” balanced across the diameter so it is not hard for you to set up as you get closer to done.
I happen to have a problem with one of these legs not being able to grab the post that it belonged on and I’m going to try to fix the grip with some plumbers tape and I will provide an update here or let you know if I’ve had to take the next step by returning it or working through customer service.
* Update * So the plumbers tape helped a little: but didn’t fix the leg so it was still too loose to safely use. Returned the first trampoline and re-ordered another one. I love it! Tested the legs first and when I saw that they all twisted tightly on the posts I followed the instructions to assemble everything with the triangle tool that they included. When a bungee needed to be readjusted or moved they also include a hook tool to make it easy to pry it off of the bracket. I followed a YouTube tramp workout and felt the difference on day two! Bought this for improving cellular health, osteoporosis, muscle tone, oxygen intake, weight loss, and general fitness. I love this rebounder!
* Update * – it has been six weeks and I still LOVE this rebounder. Fun way to exercise & easy to fit into a busy schedule. The quality of this tramp is fantastic! I was trying to decide between 48″ or 40″ and ordered both, but I returned the larger one and opted for the 40″ tramp with the stabilizing bar. It is a great size…allows for full workouts on it without taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend it!
