Great for us seniors that sit on our fat asses too much, especially with the cold weather setting in. I put this in an alcove off my bedroom and pass by it several times a day, so I stop and use it for about 60s each time I go by it. This really is good exercise! Very low impact and helps increase blood flow and opens breathing. I recommend this.

Have had this product for a couple of weeks and am noticing significant improvement in muscle-tone in my trouble spots (thighs!) I tend to build muscle easily so I’m interchanging rebounding workouts with walking to find my sweet spot for toning and not building muscle.
I had a rebounder back in the early 1980’s and today’s equipment is so superior! I especially like having the support bar to hold onto now that I’m nearly 70 with stroke in my history (the balance thing). Great price, not too squishy (which I believe the bungee type can be) but not a fan of spring-squeaking. Not all the time, from time to time. Not a huge deal.

Not too big and a good size if you’re just getting into rebounding. I wasn’t sure if I was going to use the handlebar at first since I was just doing the health bounce at first. I’ve since attached it as I plan to do longer sessions and thought I may as well use it so there’s less chance of falling off.

Great rebounder for older people with a sturdy grab-bar….one of 2 choices. We picked the single grab-bar that has an “s” shap at the top; it is perfect for the routines we do. Unfolding t
his trampoline and putting the legs on was easy and fast. It is the smallest one made for adults. If you are going to get wild with flipping your legs all over the place, buy the bigger size.

This trampoline is very sturdy. I did have some help with assembly but over all it was easy. I love the handle bar! I’m not as young as I use to be and it’s helpful for balance.

I just had double knee surgery and was instructed to walk often. Other than a gym there’s no safe place to at this time in history so I got this. It’s easy on my knees but gives my knees and butt a great workout. It’s easy to put together, it’s very sturdy. It’s easy to fold and move if you need, but I leave it and use several times a day without any knee pain whatsoever. I’m 4 months post surgery and have no pain.

It’s not like the advertised “Max Load 330lbs/440lbs”. I’m a bit overweight about 230 lbs.
I’m jumps on this daily. Not for hours at a time, but several times throughout the day. Normal use. Nothing crazy. But the legs screw onto the body of the trampoline, and the threads become stripped. As a result, I almost fell down, the handle bar and legs cannot securely attach to the trampoline anymore. It’s not sturdy, it’s not safe. This trampoline cannot be tightened up any more to keep it safe and sturdy.
I expected it to be more sturdy and durable and last longer. It isn’t, and it didn’t.
Don’t purchase this!! So so ..disappointment

Tear in underside of pad upon arrival of trampoline. Company immediately replaced it with same trampoline that was fine, and did not require the return of the original trampoline. Excellent customer service, very apologetic, prompt communication.
Good for adults and kids. Sturdy. Easy to assemble (by a 77 year old female:) No tears in replacement trampoline pad so far. I’d buy it again.
