I bought this a year ago but was never able to hula-hoop with it, did I forget to do it? I think it might be too heavy but not sure but it does make my abdomen hurt when it comes around the first time. It’s pretty though….

Arrived on time (within 3 days of purhase), product is just as described. Have only used a couple times so far but is fun to use and well made.

I had to watch a few YouTube videos to master how to hula hoop. This hula hoop is by far my favorite. I have had it now for a couple of years and use it every morning at the end of my workout. It’s still in perfect condition. It’s weighted light enough so I can keep it going for as long as I want to. My granddaughters love it too. It helps me keep my waistline. I highly recommend it!

The hoop is ribbed for some reason, and the indents hurt when using. This is the recommended weight for a fitness hoop, however. If you can get the parts to lock in together properly (which I eventually did), it’s an ok cardio hoop.

Love this! Was wary given some reviews, but the midsection needs help and thought worth a try. It is plenty sturdy; a perfect weight and easy to use, though much easier one direction than the other, but that keeps the user’s interest. Incidentally, I’m 68; find it very easy to use and it is surprising how just a few minutes can raise heart & breathing. Plus it’s fun! Can watch the tube or “hoop” to music & move rather than eat ice cream. The only drawback is it’s pink–good hting I can’t see the color while using!!

I was hesitant to buy this hoop because of all the mixed reviews but I’m glad I did! It shipped really quickly and got here in under a week which was great! There was no instructions but it was fairly easy to assemble.. some pieces were harder to click in than others but I managed to get it all out together in under 5 minutes! It’s a good weight when using it and easy to keep the hoop going… I did have some pain around the waist where the hoop goes but no bruising or anything. The foam does have a little bit of squish to it and I’ve been using it everyday for a week so far with no problems. None of the links have unhooked and it seems pretty durable provided you don’t it against furniture which nobody should be doing anyways. I got 3 hoops, myself and my sisters all love them! Great purchase and well worth the good price!

It was really nice, but I couldn’t use it. It is weighted and I am a small person. It almost killed me, haha. I gave it to my daughter. She is taller than me. I do believe that weighted is better, just not for me. Or maybe if it was just not weighted as much. I do think that without the weight, they are much harder to keep up.

For $16, I feel as though it’s a bit over priced. The foam that is on the outside is very soft, like it snagged on something the very first day I got it and ripped slightly. But that makes it very soft on your waist/hips/arms/neck when holahooping. It does bend slightly, like if you hold it with one hand and lift it so it’s parallel with the ground, it does hang/bend down a bit. I think the inner circle thing could be made of a more solid Matieral. The foam on the outside reminds me of a worst version of a pool noodle from the Dollar Tree™️. The foam is thin, and cheap. I’m considering getting a pool noodle and slitting it down the middle and putting it over the foam to make it a bit more comfortable. It’s not a bad holahoop, but with the Matieral it’s made from, I would suggest it’s maybe worth $5-$10. The foam is maybe worth about $1, and the inner firm circle is maybe $5, that’s $6 total, and a few extra dollars for the time spent making it.

My husband assembled this for me, so I neglected to read the very important instructions that were included in the box, which he had tossed aside. On the instructions was a warning not to use while menstruating, a warning that went unheeded. I hadn’t hula hooped for 30 years, and I’d wanted to find/order a great hoop for so long that when this arrived, I was excited and overused it on the 3rd day of my cycle. Big mistake. Within a couple of hours I was in horrendous pain for the rest of the day. Then I found the box with the warning. My bad! Don’t do as I did! I’ve been hooping sensibly ever since and have had no problems whatsoever. It’s a sturdy hoop. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone. Just be sure to read and follow the directions 😉

Just wanted to follow up on my previous review. The Hula is still in good condition, it has a few blemishes from being tossed in the trunk and dropping on the ground but no holes or rips in it. As previously stated its not a bad Hula my issue was that it’s not weighted to me however I’m not returning it I’m gonna keep it and buy a heavier one later.
I order this Hula on Monday and as expected based on delivery I got it on Wednesday. The colors are pink and grey and it does not have ridges on the inside which I heard were not good due to bruising. Comes with all 8 pieces and it can be adjusted. So technically it’s a decent Hula but here are my complaints.
The material is foam of some sort so as you see with the picture be careful so you dont tear the material. I literally just used it this morning so its still holding up. It took some to remove the 1 connector because I could not find the button. The button as you see in the picture is Red not Black so I was looking for another button. You have to gently fold down pieces on the end in order to get the foam out the way to remove the connectors. Most importantly This is Not a Weighted Hula Hoop. At best it’s good for practice Hula if your not comfortable or used to Hula hooping. A child could probably use this hoop. The reason I bought it was for the weighted aspect.
pretty easy to use however the foam may be a concern for some with sharp nails or long nails. I do for see it not lasting at some point and right now I’m trying to decide if I should keep it or return.
