I’ve used hoola hoops before, but never for my arms!! These Zenmarkt Arm Hoops are pretty unique! They’re easy to use once you get the hang of it. I start at my wrist, when it gets moving they’ll slowly inch up to my upper arm pretty easily. I’m not coordinated enough to do both arms at once, but that’s ok for me. You can really feel it in the shoulder area after a bit, so I’d take it slow to see how your body reacts to this new type of movement. Since I am only doing one arm at a time, I’ll carry one with me in the car, would be fun to use them in the park as I watch the grandkids paly, or anyplace where I have the room-great to do outdoors!
One thing to mention is that there is some weight to these. At first they kind of hurt my arms as they come landing down, but as long as I keep them in motion I don’t feel it. This felt worse when I first start them in my wrist area. I decided to use them only when wearing long sleeves for now. These can be a great buy to add some interest to your workouts.

These are exactly what I was hoping for. They have some heft but they’re not too heavy; they don’t hurt my arms. They’re soft enough to bounce when I drop them. I found that the easiest way to get them both in motion is to start with your non-dominant arm.

I keep this in my office and do them when I need to get my circulation going. It’s fun and feel it working muscles in my arms.

The box was damaged upon arrival but the product showed no signs of damage. The instructions tell ypu to do this for one to two minutes a day. I recommend to start of with 5 sets of 10 seconds if you are just starting out then gradually move up to one to two minutes.
