Pros: Bigger face, brighter display, higher resolution display, more health features, faster overall.
Cons: Some reminder features have limited options for follow-up reminders.
Overall it’s a nice watch, standard Apple quality. Paired easily with my iPhone 13 Pro. The reminder functions notwithstanding, I recommend this watch if you’re in need of an upgrade.

I previously had another brand smart watch. I had it for 5 years but, while I was deployed, I notice the face colors were fading, some of the different watch faces would not keep the correct time and sometimes it would not except the charger. So, I started looking for a new watch. I was going to purchase that brand again as they were cheaper than Apple, but they didn’t have anything that I liked. I decide oh well go ahead and get the Apple watch. Glad I did. I love it it’s a great product. I love the features. Answering calls and text(s) for sure. The only issue I have is the battery life is not long. The other brand the battery lasted at least 5 to 6 days. The Apple watch 2 day at the most and that pushing it.

This is a smart watch that will do just about everything. You can order with a choice of 3 different watch bands. It’s big enough to read easily but not too big to be bulky or clunky. It is stylish, great quality and very functional. Of course it’s an Apple.

I bought this to replace my older generation watch. I was concerned the size of the face would be too big, and I was pleased to find out it was fine. It charges quickly, is easy to use, and I love the band that came with it (not pictured). I highly recommend this watch for anyone with an iPhone.

This is my third Apple Watch and an upgrade from the Watch 6. I loved my 6, but it was just time to get a new one. So, the first thing I noticed was how much CLEARER the face was! Not just bigger (I went from 40 mm to 42mm) but so much clearer, and brighter and easier to read. The second thing was, how might LIGHTER it feels on my wrist…almost as if nothing is there. Even with the face protector, it is so much lighter than the 6. As for the battery, I charge it to 100% (quick charge!) and wear it all day and night, and it still has a decent amount of charge in it. But I still charge it each morning so I can wear it all day and night again.
I chose the GPS + Cellular model this time because, being a bit older and not always near my phone, I wanted the watch to be able to work on its own in an emergency.
As for apps, I haven’t had much time to try them all out, but the ones I did use have more functionality than before. I did notice a lot more ways, like an emoji app, to customize texting and messaging. Calls are nice and clear as well. There are also more ways to customize each app to your own preferences. And there are a lot more watch faces to choose from.
Yes, I am an Apple person – iPhones, watches, iPads, MacBooks, and I just love the way everything interfaces.
All in all, I LOVE my new Apple Watch and totally worth the investment.

This is a beautiful watch— iIt does charge faster but you need a higher watts brick to use for it to be able to charge as fast as Apple claimed. Battery life is okay, I still hate charging it everyday but I have missed all the smartwatch and convenience features of the Apple Watch when I switched to Garmin 265 this past summer and although I love the health info and tracking more when using Garmin—I didn’t like that I couldn’t reply to an important text, vs the Apple Watch. The gold is more of a chocolate gold/rose gold. It’s beautiful but definitely not the gold you’d expect.
Just note if you’re getting the watch here, and if you’re gifting it to someone they might think it’s fake or stolen. The packaging itself was dirty and had weird oily stains all over the box which was pretty disappointing.

My husband was so excited to receive this watch for his birthday. The watch itself is terrific. It’s very nice looking, works great and in true Apple fashion checks all of his boxes. The issue comes with the band. It is somehow magnetic and doesn’t hold at all. He has only had the watch for 24 hours and it has literally fallen off of his wrist twice. Thankfully both times were in the house, and on carpet but still Apple this is a lot of money to spend on a watch that he now won’t wear until we purchase a new band. There is no way he could wear this to sleep in. He went from being excited to completely disappointed. We are devoted Apple customers – shame on you Apple for pairing your most expense watch with this cheap and worthless band. PS. I was a bit frustrated when I wrote this review, I should have called Apple first. They immediately replaced the band and the watch is perfect! Once again they lived up to my expectations!

I always had trouble with my old Apple watch’s battery duration (I think it was a series 5 or 6). This new one has tremendous life and charges to nearly full in a short time. Plus the bigger screen makes it much easier for me to read. Love it!
