These Aotob adjustable weights are fantastic; they’re a must-have for anyone with a home workout. These are quite affordable without sacrificing quality. With snap unique adjustments, I don’t have to worry about the weights dropping on my head like with others. They feature a flat bottom on the weights so you don’t have to worry about them rolling away, and they come with a rack to keep them in place. The handles feature a good, soft grip, so you don’t have to worry about them cutting up your hands or needing to wear gloves when using them for assisted push-ups. The 11-pound adjustable increments are the only significant drawback.

This a great product. It takes less than a second to configure and latch/lock with no reliability issue. The dumbbell set itself is very easy to handle for all the free weight exercises. The bench that comes with the set is also a great product; sturdy yet easy to handle, a very nice bonus indeed. I should have bought this years ago. Customer support is among the very best. When I needed help correcting the mistake I made with my order, they were reasonable, timely, and responsive with all my questions/requests. I love these adjustable Aotob weights, they’re a perfect addition for anyone with a home gym. Adjustable weights at around $2.20 a pound is a steal! I’ve done a lot of research on adjustable weights lately and they typically range from double to quadruple the price of these for big name brands. These are very cost effective while also maintaining phenomenal quality. Unlike other adjustable weights these change from 11lbs to 55lbs in increments of 11 in seconds! Not only that but each weight is securely held. I don’t have to worry about the weights falling on my head like others that have snap individual adjustments. They come with a rack that holds them in place and have a flat bottom on the weights so you don’t have to worry about them rolling away either. You can also use them for assisted push ups and the handles have nice soft grip so you don’t have to worry about them cutting up your hands or needing to wear gloves. The only real con is that the adjustable increments are 11lbs. However, I found you can simply remove one plate from the rack if you prefer an odd increment of say 16.5lbs instead of 11lbs or 22lbs as each plate weighs 5.5lbs. Multiply by 8 plus 11lbs handle gives you 55lbs. Lastly I love how the plates are tough steel and not those bulky plastic plated plates you see on some name brand adjustable dumbbells that look and feel cheap. 5* I’d recommend it to everyone from beginners to pros.

I liked it was easy to dial the weight, but I did have a bit of trouble putting them in their bases to switch the weight. It was a matter of lining them up properly. I had to pause my workout due to that. I liked that the grip is rubberized so my hands don’t rub like the metal dumbbells do. I liked that I can have a variety of weights in a compact area, and for traveling.

Theses dumbells are easily adjustable and I feel safe when using them which is very important to me. I don’t want plates falling off while I’m lifting. I’ve been shopping around for some time now and these are a great value as well. Just buy them and you will be glad you did.

Male, 6-1ft – I purchased these as a Christmas present for myself and i love how compact they are (for easy storage) and how easy they are to use. The weight increases in increments of 11 (11,22,33,44,55). I enjoy using these at home and they feel good in my hands.
