Footwork is the most important aspect of any fighting style. It has the power to make or break the most well-rounded fighter. As a practitioner of martial arts, you need to understand not only the importance of footwork, but also how to execute it with the highest degree of functional exactness, in every position. “Footwork Wins Fight’s” is the most precise and illuminating martial arts book that’s geared solely towards the mechanics of footwork, within the context of fighting. This book will teach you how to “Float like a butterfly, [and] sting like a bee.”

I loved this book. I’m not going to classes anywhere anymore. I train on my own. I have not trained in boxing much. So, a lot of the techniques such as slipping and such I’m not as that experienced with. I’ve studied JKD. So I know some of them. But this is the first book that actually goes into detail about boxing methods that I’ve read. i know it’s not the 1st ever to do so. But I love the way it goes into how to train in the aspects it discusses. I didn’t like that his other book didn’t. This book did, and I love it! It’s great for individuals like me that study from home and like to go into detail. It’s a great tool!
