Really like these dumbells.
I’ve used them in various exercises at varied weight for about 2 weeks now.
They feel sturdy and firm.
Weight change is also very easy.
The only complaint I will make is that on the red dumbells its hard to make out the numbers.
I took a white paint marker to them for an easy fix(See pic)

I really like these adjustable weights. They are solid and work easy. I looked at a variety of different options before buying these. These are well worth the money.

These weights are so far the best I have used. You can easily adjust from one weight to the next and you don’t have to worry about the weight falling it automatically locks. Also saves space.

I upgraded from the smaller ones (3-15lbs) because I outgrew them and the weight on these is going to be perfect for me for a while.
2 problems for me personally.
1: Not a fan of these grips. They’re textured but they could be a lot more textured, they almost feel smooth. I prefer knurled steel.
Although I will say these being smoother I do grip them harder so maybe I am actually working on my grip strength, which isn’t a bad thing.
2: Pretty long at 18″ so don’t clock yourself in the face or head doing exercises where you need to keep them in tight like hammer curls, or for standing overhead press you might have to rotate your wrist. Same with standing low to high fly, regular dumbbells I can get a lot closer together at the top but these are so long they hit each other too soon. And then for something like the dumbbell pullover from the bench, have to reach back a little farther to clear your head when bringing it up and down. I prefer a hex dumbbell for those, but in a pinch these will work.
I started HIIT about six months ago with a personal trainer and now that I have the knowledge to do it myself I figured I could save some money by running through a lot of the routines I do there with these. Set them down, switch the weight and move right into the next exercise, but these limit the exercises I can do because of their length.
So, since I also do a lot of resistance work there I got a strait bar, some Bodylastics tubes (basic and pro series), Serious Steel bands, and a multi anchor point that goes around a door so I can still do some of the exercises I can’t really do with these. So if you run into the same problems I do with I would suggest those. Now if someone could invent some magic shrinking battle ropes I’d be set for space saving equipment in my office.

Exactly what I was looking for. Great for home use. The handle adjustment is smooth and has an indicator to set the weight needed. Use it for squats, curls, shoulders and presses. Great quality. Recommend for anyone wanting adjustable dumbells, at a great price.

Received mine yesterday and just unboxed it. It wasn’t easy bringing the bulky box from the mailrool to my apartment. The black and red color combination looks great. And it was ready to use right out of the box. Love the rotating clicker weight selector. It’s smooth, has a tactile click on place and grips we’ll when pickup up. Yet to do a full workout with these puppies but so far they fit well in my hand. It’s easy to adjust the weight. For a sub-$150 set, you can’t beat the price and quality.

These dumbbels are easy to adjust but simply turning the handle when it is sitting in the tray. Each weight adds 5lb to the dumbbel. Some of my workouts require 2 different weights (medium & heavy, for example) and this system enables me to pause the workout for a few seconds while I add or remove weight. My only criticism is that the fixed weight at ether end is big. I have small hands and it can be a little uncomfortable doing exercises that require holding 1 dumbbell in 2 hands. But overall, these are well made and do the job well.
