These are great, but just be careful when using because they are top-heavy and feel like they want to spin if you’re holding them with the wrong side up.

Did quite a bit of research about adj. dumbbells, mostly the overall length/size. These are slightly over 12″ which is a great fit. The handles are plastic, thin and slick, so I put Wilson tennis racket wrap on em’ and made them even better.

These things are awesome!! I love that you can change the weights by just twisting the bar. This is great for changing the weights for various exercises. This is perfect to add to your home gym to bring some variety.

Purchased for my son. Similar to a previous review. After about ten or so uses the disk start ed to slip and randomly come loose. Giving the product another chance ordered a replacement. Disappointed that it will take two months to arrive.

Worked ok for about 10 uses. A disk then started to come loose at random times. Ultimately, the whole weight adjustment mechanism failed, making them unusable.
