Great in theory, but it’s timely to assemble if you need to adjust the weight for different workouts. It’s also very bulky so it’s difficult to do most leg exercise like hip thrusts, donkey kicks or weighted leg raises.

It’s easy to change weights and good value for the money. My only complaint is the handles on the bar to do a chest press are a little wider then I would like but it still works great.

I first got the 55 lbs set for home workouts. Was great except needing to switch things out for various exercises, so I got another 70 lbs set! Now I can have various weights and configurations for each exercise I’m doing. Love it!

After having the 90lb set for slightly over a money the barbell extension broke while working out. Luckily I had my husband there spotting me or I could have seriously been injured! When contacting the sellers they acted as if the had no idea what piece I was talking about. Finally said they would send me a replacement piece and then never did! I would never recommend this set to anyone.
