I got this for my teenage sons for Christmas. So far it’s held up really well even with hard punches from 3 boys. It was easy to set up and to put water in. Would definitely recommend.

Fun while it lasted. Product claimed to be for full grown adults, but two boys aged eight and ten broke it in a week. I am glad I saved the box.
I asked for a replacement. We shall see.

The packed item was pierced and wouldn’t hold air. Waste of money. Disappointed child.

Fairly easy to assemble. You just have to fill base with water ( I used my garden hose) and then use your own electric pump to fill lower chamber and then top chamber. You will want to do this in the area that you will be using this as after you add the water it is quite heavy. You can put a rug or something similar under it if you want to slide it across a floor by pulling on the rug. It will be a workout on its own filling it with a hand pump. Once fully assembled it worked quite well for practicing accuracy on kicking. We also used it as a punching bag. I really think kids, young adults, and older folks will enjoy getting a wirkout with this. You will need batteries. My 24 year old son and I have been enjoying using it.
