  1. Matan

This roller was awesome and easy to use. I had been wanting a roller for my back and this fit my needs perfectly!

  2. Brent

This is a good size roller that has a good firmness to it. Works well and has been sturdy while in use. Recommend!

  3. Reviews a lot

The large roller is the best part of the bunch.

  4. D.G.

This is a great travel pack. The massage roller in smaller than others we’ve had, fits easily with clothes in your duffel bag. I like how smooth the hand roller is and the ball has been nice rolling on the arch of my foot. Overall very happy with the quality of all the pieces.

  5. Steven Guoan

I have irritating ‘ and I use the roller cause it’s so rough it helps take some of the irritation away

Self-massage for recovery is tricky. I tend to fall off the smooth foam rollers, and many of them … get weird when used for smaller, but major areas of limbs such as calves and forearms.

The massage stick is fantastic for working your calves and even hamstrings and glutes, if you don’t have the balance or prefer a larger roller.

The roller itself is lovely for the back, doesn’t run away from you, and the nubs feel nice without overdoing it.

The ball is a nice touch, though many of us that use them for trigger point massage may end up finding a different tool –whether specialized or designed for something else.

The band is so so — it may or may not have the resistance to suit a person’s needs. But the *best* time to stretch is with “warm” muscles — after a little movement. Rolling and massaging provide that. Conversely, light strength exercises, perhaps with a band, suit before and after rolling.

It’s a specatularly complete and well priced kit, especially for someone who has tools that aren’t quite right or aren’t familiar with even the types of tools that are out there. Highly recommended.

  7. Matan

Oh man do these do a good job. They are on the smaller size of most roller sets but that makes it perfect for traveling if you want to bring it along with all the other stuff you bring. I used this day 1 and managed to get a nice little knot or something out of my back. Hurt like hell, but that’s exactly how I know it was working. I try to use it everyday and its holding up very nicely.

The foam roller itself is great, if a bit shorter than I’d hope. It does a good job of stretching and popping your back or rolling your belly over after certain exercises (though, I’ve since learned about the backpod and peanut balls, which are much more intense, and not quite the same gentle stretch). Even rolling forearms over it on a table or desk can be surprisingly nice.
The massage stick is great for really applying some pressure to your legs or someone else’s upper arms.
The ball is almost perfect for bracing against a wall or the floor and digging into your shoulder blades and the area between your spine and rib for relieving costo pain, but again, the backpod or a peanut ball is probably better, and the material on this one part of this kit has a very faint tacky feel to it. Not super unpleasant, but just… weird.
The resistance band is exactly what it looks like, and can be satisfying to use for a bit, but I prefer more dedicated products with handles etc. for this type of workout or stretching. I guess for part of a starter or travel kit, it’s nice?
All in all, I recommend the kit.
