In this set I received a 15” foam roller; a 13.5” muscle roller stick that has 360 degree rotation with eva massage points; a massage ball, and a red resistance band for strength training exercises which I have been wanting. The fifth item, as it is calleda 5-in-1 set, is the bag to easily store everything in which it does so nicely.
As far as the 15” foam roller: it really is very dense. I’ve used these rollers before, actually much longer ones. The 15” seems to be sufficient so far. The first time I used it on my back, I had several nice cracks down my spine. Next, the 13.5” roller stick thing – oh my – I didn’t expect this thing to do much but I love it! You grab the handles and roll those spinning massage balls up and down the back of your thighs (sitting on the floor) and it really works into your muscles. The massage ball – really it is just a very dense ball that I’m not sure I will ever use but you never know. It is supposed to target a very specific pressure point so I will have to play with that one more. And everyone knows what resistant bands do. This one is a fully closed band. I do think this is a very nice set to assist in helping with pain relief of sore muscles.

Great set for this value. Good quality items and can be used as massage, muscle pain relief, addition to workout and post workout. Comfortably fits into carry on bag, which is included into this set, so all items can be easily carried all together without any issues. Great choice for home or gym use.

I have chronic back pain from poor posture and working on the computer for the last 30 years of my life. This foam roller set is really wonderful. It is a little bit firmer than other foam rollers I’ve had but if I can withstand a little bit of pain as I roll over it, it really does work wonders for loosening up the tightness in my shoulders and back. It works just as well as the more expensive name branded foam rollers that I’ve used at my friend’s gym. Would recommend!

You’ll pay more in store for just the roller, everything else is just extra.

This 5-in-1 Foam Roller Set by Krightlink is a great deal for all of the items you get for the price of one name brand roller. I’ll go over each item as they have different uses and performance:
Roller: it is much more firmer than the name brand foam roller I have (see picture for comparison). It’s slightly longer but smaller in diameter. Because of this, it’s good for releasing muscle tightness in hamstrings and calves, but I do find it to be too firm and painful to use on the back.
Roller stick: by far my favorite in the package, it’s not too firm as you can control the pressure and it’s so versatile for quads and hips. I’m currently using it to massage my sides and stomach for post abdominal surgery to ensure lumps do not form from the swelling.
Ball: super firm, same as other massage balls I own but this one is textured so it grips the wall better when rolling my upper shoulders against the wall, versus smooth massage balls or lacrosse balls which a lot of people use.
Resistance band: thinner than exercise bands, though it does have good elastic strength. It’s more like the type of band you see at physical therapy. It’s been great for building ankle and knee stability moves I learned at PT.
I’ve found each piece in the package to be very functional and useful. If you have a lot of muscle aches all over your body like me, this is a great deal that addresses multiple areas. If you’re only looking for a roller to use on your back, then I’d recommend just getting a foam or wheel roller.

This is one of the more firmer foam rollers I have used. This might be due to the wavy lines design of the roller. I really like that as it feels like it hits the muscle and tissues more when trying to work on specific areas like my calves or the shoulder blades. This bundle also comes with a few other items like the roller stick, ball, and a band. These extra items are nice to have and definitely help when trying to work on those areas that have trouble. This foam roller is a little on the pricier side but I feel its worth it given the quality and extra items given

The older I get the more random pains and discomforts I feel like I have. Back pain is my main complaint, with occasional leg pain. I got this set hoping it would provide some help…and it did. The massaging feels good and is unique enough to allow it to get my back and legs in different ways that allow me to get relaxed and feel better!
The set comes in a small bag that has a carry handle that works well for travel and the size is small enough it stays in my office and doesn’t take up much room. Overall, I love this set and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good set that’s easily portable.

I’m failing to see where the “foam” is in these. All the pieces are firm plastic with zero-cushion. That said, if you know what you’re doing, this set works for trigger point release and general stretching.
I’m taking another star off because they came with that nasty chemical smell and had to be aired out for a few days before I could use them.
