This is a really nice set for working on sore muscles.
I live for some nice foam rolling to relieve sore muscles and release tension. This set included a foam roller, a rolling massage stick, a little ball for pressure points, and a stretch band. I really loved that everything came in a bag that I can store it in.
Everything worked well and was a nice quality. Sometimes the little ball is hard to use effectively because it’s a little small but I do love having something small for pressure point release.
Overall, it’s a nice set and I would recommend it if you need some massage help for muscle tension.

My family and I stay pretty active so we were looking for something to help with muscle soreness. This 5-in-1 set has been super helpful, especially after long walks or intense workouts.
The foam roller itself is long and wide enough for full-body rolling, and it does a great job of relieving tightness, especially in my glutes. The hand roller is my go-to for my calves and I love how easy it is to grip and use at different angles. One small downside is it’s harder to use on my back without someone else’s help, but if it was longer it would be awkward to use. The massage ball is perfect for working my neck which tends to get sore after a long day at the desk and the resistance band is decent for warm-up stretches and lunges, though it’s more on the lighter side for resistance.
Overall, it’s a quality set for muscle recovery. I just wish the massage ball was a bit bigger for working on my lower back, but that’s more of a personal preference. It’s compact and easy to carry in the included bag, so I can take it with me to the gym or outdoors.

I received this item for free from Vine. This is a nice kit especially if you’re a runner. The roller would be wonderful for using as a leg massager since it’s not very long. If you have really wide shoulders I don’t recommend this – the roller barely fits my back and shoulders and I’m about 22-24 inches wide. The ball massager is great for hitting up your rhomboid or anywhere you may need a deeper massage. The roller is super firm and works okay. I personally feel this kit is a bit expensive for what you get.

I’m loving this set! Even down to the turquoise color, it’s great. I’d describe this as providing firm feedback and pressure as opposed to softer, silicone sets. The roller also long enough to easily be able to put both feet on it at the same time. Plus it all stores inside the roller to take up less space. I’d recommend this for anyone looking for a really firm pressure type of rollers.

I like this roller massage set. It’s made from some pretty sturdy stuff, and it does a fine job of easing tension in tight muscles. The foam is extra high-density, so don’t expect a soft touch. You can get some pretty deep tissue work going with these things.
The smaller massage roller is my favorite. It works great on calves, which never get enough massage attention. It’s also good for rolling out neck issues. I also use it on my feet by just putting it on the ground and rolling my feet over it. Feels great!
The massage ball is good for feet, too, and I also use it for working out kinks in my low back.
I don’t think I’ll use the large foam roller much. It works well for feet, but it’s difficult to get much massaging action on my back because I have to move over it rather than the other way around. I’ll mess with it some more, but as a massage tool it requires a lot of muscle that can’t relax during movement.
The resistance band doesn’t provide a lot of resistance. It’s designed as a cool down stretching device instead of a weight-bearing exercise thing. Works fine for cool down.
Nice design work that lets all the pieces nest together so they don’t take up a lot of room in the provided duffle bag.
I like this set, and my Lady Love is using it, too. It’s also useful as a partner massage device, but that’s another story entirely.

My back pain got worse after using this, the roller is so hard that it actually left bruises on my back in the shape of its grooves.

Got this to try rolling my back. Had been using a smooth, high-density roller, but wanted to try something to dig a little deeper. It definitely did just that!
Pros
+ Quality. The build of this set is top notch. The materials used are solid. The glue and connections are sturdy. The motion and movement is just like you’d expect.
+ Bag. It is nice that the set comes in a bag so you can carry the whole thing with you to the workout. Keeps everything nice and neat.
+ Function. The rollers work really well. If you can have someone use the pointy roller on your back, that is great. Definitely digs deep.
Cons
+ The only thing that is weird is that the large roller will leave that design in your back for days. The foam is VERY high density and doesn’t give hardly at all. So be prepared to see treadmarks on your back after using it. It shouldn’t hurt anything, but they look terrible!
