This is a total package and a great addition to my garage gym. This is mainly for my daughter, and she loved it. She already had a boxing gloves and was asking for a dummy to punch, and those which are sold at the local sports stores are very stiff and are out of my budget. Anyways, it came well packaged which also included the adjustable grip exercise tool, the jump rope for warm ups, wraps etc. I stuffed it with old clothes waiting to be donated. This way the bag is at a perfect stiffness for my child. I like the included gloves, they fit my large hands pretty well. I hung it from my garage, the chains were easy to hang. Overall material quality is great and I believe I saved a lot by ordering from Amazon.

I absolutely love this punching bag. It came with everything that you need to get it set up correctly and is very durable. You do need to fill the bad up yourself which can be a pain depending on what you use to fill it. I used sand to make it more dense and it worked great.
It comes with gloves for you to use and wraps as well. The gloves are great. They fit my small hands well and was not too tight or top loose. If you have larger hands you will probably want to go and purchase your own gloves.
Such a great a value for the money spent and great for anyone that is a beginner or even as a gift!

So am trying to hang the bag but the bolt end is rounded so how are the installed? The Nut goes up to or on the bootom after you remove it from the concrete sleevs Not you standard lag bolt to hang and also no instructions to hang

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for someone who’d been talking about wanting a punching bag for a few years- it came with everything wrapped up tightly inside a bag so I didn’t open it until I gave it to the recipient and helped them pull it out of the packaging but we were both quite pleased. It felt like a good quality bag with sturdy materials, and the gloves that came with fit him great (Adult male)! He’s yet to fill it, but thus far zero complaints and you can’t beat the price for everything you get with it & the quality it carries! worth the buy 🙂

Very good so far, came unfilled but there’s plenty of youtube videos to teach you how to fill it up. Old clothes, sand bags, carboard duct taped to keep the shape at the top and bottom. Thank you very much. Amazing to release energy:)

Punching bag comes completely empty with nothing to stuff it with. Hidden in the name with all these other words although the pictures show it stuffed and filled functional. Now I need to go out of my way again after waiting two weeks to return it or find something to stuff it with?

Overall really great durable product that helps me get my workout in. Decided to hang it from my pull up bar since that was easier for me personally. Weight came out to be 30 lbs with the old clothes. Filled up the bag with old clothing and that did the trick. The gloves are also really great and comfy. The wrist straps are pretty long and take a while to put on so I don’t use those too often. Jump rope and grip strength device are an awesome plus point too which I do in my spare time. All parts came as included.

So the hooks are terrible just purely bad and the punching bag is empty you have to fill it up the gloves are already ripped and when you punch the bag the hooks become undone and recently one of the triangle hooks came off and cant be put back in overall waste of 60 dollars DONT BUY.
