This notebook is cute, and has a lot of tracking pages, but is really small. Just a few pages and the spaces to write are small.

  2. LK

I like it . but mine was missing weekly food tracker templates and cardio templates plus had no intermittent templates as advertised in the photos!! That was disappointing!!

  3. Catherine Bourne

Not good at all – I specifically bought this as it stated it was a 90 day tracker, however there are only 30 daily tracking pages. It’s a lot of money for only one month when you can get others on here for 30 days for £5/6.

  4. doreen

Love the journal the cover is very pretty. The pages are very nice. Well planned layout & content.

  5. Lindsey M

Very pretty book but a lot of duplication. Not quite what I was hoping for! No space for notes either.

  6. david f taylor

This journal is pretty nice and comprehensive. If has 3 months of monthly and weekly journaling BUT only has 30 days of daily journaling available to use. The daily piece is the only reason I rated it low. It’s advertised as a 90 day journal but isn’t.

The media could not be loaded.

I was nervous to buy because of no reviews but I’m glad I did. See the video I shared, this thing is so cute! It has all the trackers you could want! Cover is soft, the pages aren’t too thin. I love the font and color throughout. If you’re already into journaling, this is a great pick! I would absolutely buy again or gift to a friend. They have free printables on their website, I included a photo of the page with that QR code. Hope this was helpful!!

There are some pages in here that you will have no clue how to use or what it’s for and there’s no instructions on how to navigate. This book it’s more of a headache than a helpful tool. This weight loss page makes absolutely no sense especially the graph at the bottom. I will be returning!

  9. Gloriane

This is printed on a nice 100gsm white bond paper, slightly heavier than regular printer paper, and feels really nice.
The colour print job is well done and clear… and it’s a well thought and laid out program/guide
The book lies flat in its binding well, it’s light to pick up/carry, is tightly bound, well trimmed, and A5 in size/compact.

Mine came with 10x weekly programs (not the stated 12), and 92x daily programs (so just over the 90). I suspect there’s a person somewhere having to put these together by hand (I have some industry knowledge!) and overall this is fine/I can make this work without a lot of concern.

There is only minimal goal planning (one page reflection, a few pages of measurements and high level overview etc), but the place it really shines is in those weekly and daily tracking pages… they allow for good recording of what you are doing, and if you want to you could do your three months of daily, and then three months of weekly tracking… boosting this out to a six month record if you were keen.

I like that it lets me sit down and plan a week or two out around things what I’ll do, this helps me focus on different things without skipping / getting distracted.

Keep up with it. It’ll work.

  11. C. Brac

Pros: you can use this to track your monthly progress and figure out whats not working. Cons: The text is tiny. There are pages that have no instructions so not sure what to do. The pages are repetitive. Space for day and dates would be good. Will not be buying again.

  12. Erika

I purchased this to help keep me motivated in my fitness journey. Love the concept, but it’s very unorganized within the book not what I expected. I think an empty planner almost would’ve been better. It’s confusing because it has months then weeks then different types of graphs, and then all over again.

  13. Danielle

Cheap and cheerful. Has everything needed for someone who is trying to keep track of weight loss, meal planning, water intake and fitness regimes.
