  1. James Lummel

The ring is a simple smart device that monitors steps, sleep, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. It performs these tasks quite well, especially the sleep tracking, which I found satisfactory. Initially, it measured blood pressure, but the readings were inaccurate by a significant margin. Fortunately, it ceased blood pressure tracking after a couple of days, which benefited the battery life—previously, it lasted less than a day with this feature on.

The battery duration is impressive, lasting about a week, and the included charging cradle is convenient. The ring has also proven to be water-resistant, as I have worn it in the shower and hot tub without any problems.

Although it handles the basic functions well, except for blood pressure monitoring, I do wish it had some of the advanced features found in more expensive models. Currently, its features overlap with those of my Apple Watch, which performs equally well. Nonetheless, considering its price, the ring has been a positive experience.

I’ve been trying this ring for about a month now to get the feel of it, without having to shell out the money for an Oura ring. This is a relatively decent substitution! The app could definitely use some work, there’s not as much information breakdown as I would like, but it covers the basics well.

I’m not sure whether the $9.99 price tag is promotional, but that’s a steal for this smart ring.

Most of the smart rings in the sub $80 category are the same (with watches that use the JCRing and Qring apps at the top of the heap) in my opinion. I would consider this one a strong contender in the lower price category (under $40) and probably the best considering it comes with a battery-powered charging capsule in addition to the standard charging cable with a magnetic nipple tip.

This ring seems to be well constructed and true to size.

If this is $10 when you see this review, I strongly suggest you grab one of these and check it out for yourself. If it’s over $40, you might want to shop around a bit.

This is a pretty good starter ring. It fits well and I had no issues connecting to the app and getting it working. For the most part my steps were accurate and I like it can measure the sp02 and heart rate as well. The battery seems to last a while and it was super easy to set up. I didn’t like that the charger that it came with goes into the ring directly instead if the charging case it came with. You will have to get an additional charging cable for that. I also noticed the sleeping tracking portion wasn’t really the best. I felt my fotbit watch did a better job on that front. But all around not bad as a beginner ring to see if this is the option you’d rather have than a watch. I’m not a huge fan of the watches.

  5. Ken J.

This ring came with a charging cord as well as a case that doubles as a portable power bank for the device.

I found the ring comfortable, nice looking and very straightforward to set up. The app pairing was quick, and the interface is easy to navigate.

Will update with further use, but the heart rate and other readings appear consistent with my smart watch and I’m satisfied with the overall quality here.

It also doesn’t easily get marked or damaged, so far.

  7. Ken J.

Nice quality ring overall but its too big, rendering it useless for me. Its a shame given that the ring itself feels very solid, looks good and the charging case is handy!

  8. Frank

It has an IP68 waterproof rating, making it suitable for daily wear and exercise without worrying about water damage.
