I thought these were a dupe for the be Kool patches. They are not. They don’t get as cold, aren’t as thick, don’t stick as well, aren’t as big, and last a tiny fraction as long. They’re better than nothing for headaches and fevers but the worst of all functional headache products. Get the brand name or any other brand

I just love them. I suffer from chronic migraines and this patches do the works for me. Your forehead gets very cold and the aroma of mint helps to relax. The headaches go away in about an hour. You can use them up to six hours. Safe for children.

These cooling gel patches stay in place better than others we have purchased for our kids. I thought that my kids would not use them once the novelty wore off, but they must really help them feel better, because they ask for them whenever they are sick.

Work fantastic and arrived quickly. They do not stuck very well, so get some medipore surgical tape or some medical paper tape to help hold them in place until you’re ready to take it off. I would have given the product 5 stars if they stuck on better.

Like that it takes away my headache pain, without having to take pain medicine. I dislike how some of the pads are leaking and I have to clean them up before using them. But then they work fine.
