AS –
After having it for a few days now & being able to use it daily it seems to work pretty good at helping me with my pain. I’m just working on getting things just right so it doesn’t cause more pain when I’m hurting. I feel as though there are multiple options/levels of intensity & function that it still feels like a higher intensity or pressure sometimes even on the lowest setting, while other times not as strong. It just seems to not be quite as consistent as would be desirable but not necessarily a game changer. Overall I think it is a good device in helping relive aches, pain, & stiffness in the hands & wrists with arthritis, carpal tunnel, fatigue, & general pain in hands. That being said, I think there could be improvements made however;
-Function: If the ball/bubble in the middle could shift for a left/right setup like they do back & forth/up & down in chair & other massagers to have a slightly more accurate result.
-Heat: I understand the reasons for not having a 2nd/warmer heat level however, if you are going to have heat, do it right & so you can make as many customers as you can happy. Heating pads are never perfect or a sure bet but people buy them for the relive they can provide despite that & I’ve never seen a heating pad or device stop at level one. I realize that heat is only one part of what the device does but I feel like I may have times where I may only want heat & vibration or even just heat. I think as many customers have said it would have be nice to have that option. If you have the capabilities to do so I would recommend it. It seems like a pain to have to also use a heating pad/pack to get relief with the heat as well.
– Maintainance: I think this product should come with it’s own cleaning cloth. The manual says the device should be wiped down inside & out after each use but I’m not sure what I should use. For the outside it seems as though a paper towel or cleaning cloth would suffice but I don’t want to use anything that could create lint inside which is why I also worry about using a regular wash cloth or sponge. Maybe in the future the middle compartment could detach or top could open up withba release button for cleaning with a damp cloth & the slide/click back in place or close.
– Storage & travel bag: I appreciated the thickness & sturdiness of the bag for protection, storage & travel, the fabric itself may as well be a sticky sheet because it pulls & collects dust, lint, hair etc. from the air like a magnet. For the short time I’ve had the product, it looks as though I have drug the bag all across my floor & back. The fabric being black & showing everything is not helpful either but the main problem is the fabric itself. I may end up having to get a bag for the bag or just another bag all-together which seems silly & a waste where you have provided one.
-The battery; I don’t know if you have the option or ability to increase the battery, but if I do 2 sessions on each hand throughout the day the battery will need to be charged again. That means I have to create a dedicated space for it to charge once a day on most days so it can be put away fully charged for when I need it, rather then once or twice a week maybe where I can plug it in here or there. It could help maybe. If you could make it possible to use the device while it is plugged in &/or provide a lightning charge cord.
Overall I think you have a good product that could be a better product with a few tweeking & improvements.

I love the fact that you are able to put your whole hand and wrist into the machine and that it helps for carpal tunnel as I have that condition. It is very strong so I like the fact that it has up to 5 settings for the pressure. My husband has arthritis, therefore, it accommodates us both which is wonderful. also, I was quite surprised how quiet this machine is, which is an added bonus. It is also very lightweight! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I wish it would have more of the massage motion.

I’m a senior citizen who suffers with very dry hands, they get itchy when I apply many types of creams and lotions.
I figured maybe I was lacking circulation so I bought this hand massaging machine. I apply some natural oil on my hands at night put on a cotton glove and slide my hand into the machine and my hands are not as itchy and they are actually getting moisture now. My hands haven’t felt good in years.
The only thing I would change is for the Massage machine to go around the fingers more and for it to have a little more heat. but it works well.

Sometimes I’m skeptical about massage products because they can be hit or miss. But LifePro really nailed it with this one. I even have to chase my kids down because they love it so much they run off with it. I love that you can adjust the air compression intensity to how your hand is feeling.
I recently injured my wrist and needed something to support its healing. This helps my wrists relax, improves circulation, and provides deep relaxation. It’s nice that you can even rest in your bed with it on and it still feels comfortable.
It’s definitely worth the investment.

My hands are so stiff I can barely close them. This was a splurge to try and alleviate some of it. The intensity, especially over my fingers is painful, even on level 1. Pressure pain where I feel my fingers are being crushed (the first massage mode seems to love to crush fingers). The point pads leave marks for a long time and I think they contribute to the pain. Make sure you take off your rings because it gets so tight they will get pushed into your hands and I bet they could puncture the airbags if you have high setting jewels. The heat feature needs improvement. It is warm enough but could be warmer and is not all over, just warms up in spots. Would be nice if the whole thing heated for heat only as this can be a treatment too. The vibration feature is ok. Doesn’t do much for me and I think probably kills the charge which is pretty bad. There are 4 green dots that show you the charge level. I just watch the Dots disappear while getting a massage. Not EVERYTHING has to be cordless and chargeable. I understand that this is pretty standard for these. This item is convenient to be cordless but I would rather have the ability to use it when I want without waiting for a charge (can’t use while charging which is a shame) or eventually the battery will no longer charge and this becomes more plastic for the landfill. So it’s OK but could be better and my hands do feel pretty good after using it.
Bottom line tldr: painful squeezes, heat needs improvement, needs frequent charging but does make my arthritic hands feel a little better at the end.
First one i have used so cant compare it with more/less expensive models/brands.
Buy it if you can get a good deal!

I got this because I crochet a lot so the thumb and wrist get to hurting. This is pretty great and strong, reminds me of a blood pressure cuff , it has tons of springs inside under fabric that squeezes and hits all the spots. After I feel like j have a lot more circulation . It leaves some squeeze dots all over for a bit but the refill is fantastic !

Great for compression therapy and acupressure. The vibration could be a little stronger, and the heat takes a long time to heat up. It only runs on battery so it can’t be used when plugged in. But the compression is very strong and works very well. I feel a lot of relief in my hands. I highly recommend this item.

I type a lot, so my hands are tired and tight. Using this helped after just one cycle, but when I use two cycles in a row the pain is all gone.
