This definitely helps my restless legs at night.
Edit – the bottle is to big and quantity is to small. Didn’t realize how quickly it was used up, for once a night on the feet and lower legs. It only lasted 10 days.
Please add more to the bottle. This is by far the best magnesium cream and I have tried many.

I did not like the lotion having menthol in it.
I love the coach soak Magnesium oil. I was hoping the cream would be the same. I prefer cream to oil. Just not in this product.

Dieses Produkt ist einfach sehr hammer. Soweit man das auf eine Stelle rauf schmiert, kühlt und wärmt diese Stelle wenn man zu viel Anstrengung hat oder Muskelkater. Ich kann es wirklich sehr gut empfehlen.

Got it for my hubby who has Parkinson’s. Magnesium is very important which is why we bought it. Hard to tell if it is making a difference, but we use it for massage and if nothing else that helps. Has a decent fragrance and is lightweight and not greasy.

I like how it smells like Lavender and a little goes a long way. Definitely does what it’s meant to do. I have a herniated disk on my neck and it worked for the pain. Then I tried it on my lower back where I have 2 herniated disks and it took that pain away as well.

I’ve been going through menopause in the hot flashes and restlessness at night have been murder. I saw in a conversation with some people had mentioned magnesium lotion, being helpful and so I bought this. This particular one has extra ingredients and when you rub it on it has that “icy hot” feeling. So when I know I’ve overdone it for the day and I rub this into some sore muscles. The relief is wonderful and I sleep like a baby. It really does work!
