I have used many, many topical pain remedies and this one works great! Easy roll-on and no mess or having to wash hands. It contains 11% menthol which for me is for soothing, warm but not burning hot. Also, 4% lidocaine with .5% camphor. From past experience, I get the most relief from 10% or higher menthol. I suffer from spinal stenosis and radiculopathy-cervical & lumbar,10 disc herniations-cervical & lumbar, arthritis and fibromyalgia. This really tamps down the pain to almost zero! Although it must be repeated several times a day, it is a great adjunct to medications to give you lasting relief and allow you to function as you need to. One more positive aspect is you can take it with you on errands, etc. and apply as needed. Thank you for a great product!! Mare

I suffer from every pain imaginable. But especially neck pain and headaches at the moment. I mean its not a magic product. But compared to other stuff i wouldnt use anything else!! LOVE IT. Take it with me everywhere i go for on the run comfort or relief. Its works like REALLY WORKS!
Update 6/12/23 the price of this stuff is going through the roof! Used to be a little less than $40, they put a 20% markup for what? Not happy, im taking out a Star because price.

I’m a runner and I have a hip pain that lives with me, I HAD TRIED ALL, when I said ALL MEANS ALL, this simple, cheap product came out to be my life saver, now, I’m talking about my body, however I strongly recommend for muscle soreness and joints pain!
