I’m working my way towards a black belt in MMA, which means a lot of sparring with opponents who are of varying sizes and reaches at my dojo. When we’re practice sparring, it’s with anyone regardless of weight class. I have taken a few hard hits to my breasts, and my sensei told me to get a chest guard or no more sparring. But, I’m a bigger woman with big breasts and finding something that would fit right and allow me to move was really a hassle. This does the trick.
It’s comfortable; it fits pretty well and protects the girls; it can be adjusted based on how tight the straps are in the back. And it covers around my rib cage, too.

Don’t protect much. Very thin foam and super hard. Almost feel like not having anything on.. not happy at all. The only reason I give more than one star it’s because of the way you attach it is nice.

Fits great and works well against those punches and kicks to the chest, not to bulky and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, will be. Using a few more soon, I do recommend this to all who are in need of a great buy.

This is a good product. Super strong, sturdy. The problem is that I think this will only fit a short person, even on the 2XL size. I am tall and to get it to even sort of cover the ab area, you have to pull it way down. Then you lose and chest protection and the back really rides on your neck. I tried every which way to get this to work, because I really like it, but I had to return it. The torso needs to be longer and the neck piece in the back needs to be different.

Someone mentioned in the reviews before that this chest protector is not for someone who hasn’t conditioned their body as it doesn’t offer *a lot* of protection, and that is true. However! I very much enjoy this chest protector as it’s light weight but hard. I never liked the big and bulky ones, I need to be able to move light on my feet and I believe it keeps me well protected, but I’ve been sparring for years and I’m fairly conditioned. I think it runs quite small in size, though. I’m usually a small in chest protectors but in this one I’m a medium and it fit me perfectly, not at all loose but you can adjust it in the back. I’m a five foot tall female, roughly 150 pounds with a small torso. Hope this helps!
