I use these for protection from bruising my forearms all day for my thin skin

I bought these padded arm sleeves because I noticed my skin gets bruised easily now I am my 60s. I used them to do a small roofing project on my house. I can rotate them either on top of my arm or rotate them down to protect my elbows and bottom of my arms. I did sweat a little and they’re a little tight to put them on, hopefully they will loosen up after a few uses. They do the job (protecting the skin on my arms which is most important to me right now.

HAPPY ALL THE WAY AROUND! MY FOREARMS ARE FAIRLY STOUT AND WHILE SECURE IN FIT, THEY ARE NOT TOO COMRESSIVE, ABOUT PERFECT FOR ME. AS I READ IN THE DESCRIPTION, THEY FIT AS WELL WITH THE PAD FACING DOWNWARD AS ON TOP. AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU ARE CRAWLING AROUND UNDER YOUR VEHICLE IN A GRAVEL DRIVEWAY OR YOU NEED PROTETION UP TOP WHEN REACHING INTO CONFINED AREAS WHERE THERE MAY BE SHARP METAL. ALSO GOOD PROTECTION FROM U.V. RAYS. I CHOSE THE FOREARM GUARDS WITHOUT HANDCOVERS AS I INTEND TO USE THEM IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY TACTICAL FINGERLESS GLOVES WHEN DOING MECHANICAL WORK OR LOADING MY TRUCK, WORKING IN THE GARDEN OR HIKING IN BRUSHY TERRAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TO OTHER BUYERS, BE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE, YOU SHOULD BE DELIGHTED WITH THE PURCHASE?

Do not roll around the arm, stay snug.

The padding is very good for moderate contact and prevents bruising. When properly positioned it protects during blocking moves. Easy to put on and fits inside the sleeve of a dobok. I am not a large person but I elected to order the 12 inch large pads and am glad I did as they cover more of my arm. Remains to be seen how they hold up over time.

Can’t comment on quality or degree of protection as I Haven’t yet tried them out for purpose I bought them for which is to protect my arms when cutting brush. I returned them as they run much smaller than stated and did not protect entire forearm. I bought the small which is supposed to be 10″, but the actual size of the small is 8.5″ long.
After returning first pair, I Ordered the medium which is 10″ and not the 11″ advertised. If you buy these, order at least 1 size larger.

I’m a woman in her 70s and I’m using these forearm paddings to enable me to lift my kayak off the ground on my forearms without getting bruised. They work great
