Good quality for a beginner which is what I am. Just using it for exercise, following cardio kickboxing YouTube videos, and getting some steam out. Pretty easy to assemble. Follow the recommendations about sand. I have it in the garage on a clear mat so the suction cups stick. I’m a woman, 5’3, 155lbs, not super muscular lol so my punch and kicks are not super aggressive I assume. If someone had a pretty good punch or kick, this probably wouldn’t work for you because it’s going to fall over. Great for me though.

Bought this for my husband and sons. They all love it! Was easy to assemble aside from filling it with the sand but it wasn’t that bad. Works as it should!

The quality of the product is what I didn’t expect, it was easy to put in together, the only downside was filling it with the sand, it’ll take you forever. But sand is better for stability and longevity.

First we filled it with water, my son – 15 yrs. Aged punched it and knocked it down. Then, I purchased 250 pounds of sand, hauled it and spent days pouring it in the tank. My son punch it a few times and knocked it over again. I gave up. I now have a 250 pound sand filled object in my backyard with no way to rid myself of it. The worst purchase I’ve made in 2024.

2，Comes with 12OZ PRO-level boxing gloves and a pair of handwraps, surprise me never thought it comes with such good gloves and handwraps really can reduce the chance of being hurt.
3，Good performance for daily workouts boxing training, the hardness is fine not too hard or soft, just good feeling when you hit on it with good rebounce.
4，The base parcel includes all accessories and user manual, it is quite easy to install within 10 minutes for a rookie user like me.
5，Cool unique design, love it. You can’t find any bag beat it at such a good price, recommend it to my friends already. We will see who is the first one to step into the next level of boxing ability.
