I recently reviewed this item and gave it a 5/5, but after using it for just 2 days, and punching it with heavy punches for a few minutes, 3 of the 4 supporting links broke, making it completely useless. I was honestly surprised how bad the durability was, as I barely even used it. The bag itself is great quality, but due to its low durability, I do not think this is worth spending money on, even though it’s very cheap. I’d suggest going for a more expensive punching bag of a well-known, reputable brand.

When I can’t get into the gym to hit the bigger, heavier heavy bags this is a nice alternative. it’s not as heavy as I like, but it takes a beating pretty well even so. I got a separate mounting bracket to hang it from the beams on the underside of my back deck. It wasn’t too hard to setup.

The description does say no filling but the very last word. Picture appears full. Takes a lot of filling to get it. The chains are fine. The rest of the bag is OK. Not sure how it will actually hold up once full and hanging.

It’s not the biggest heavy bag, but I am a big fan of the layered cushioned inside of the punching bag. It is easy to fill and easy to set up and can really take a pounding! I used some older clothes that don’t fit anymore along with some bagged up sand to get the weight close to 80lbs. I think this will last plenty long and exceed its needed usage.

I have a 10-year-old who’s really getting into kung-fu, so to protect his sibling I decided to pick up a cheap bag for him to beat up on. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a large box with a GIANT body bag. This would fit in at any gym and has a nice bold red/white on black color set. The hardware is heavy and has everything you need to stud mount this in the ceiling. The gloves are only wraps so you’ll want to get a decent set of knuckle covers before they burn out. Just a note, the best thing to pack in these things is old clothes, drapes, or bedsheets. Highly Recommended!
