I like the fact that it’s a healthier version of pancakes , it doesn’t taste diffrent to me. It’s orangish color when it’s n the batter faze, I wanna say the cooking is slightly diffrent cuz I feel like the batter is thicker. But I would recommend this for anyone with diet restrictions and or just want a healthier version of pancakes. I just wish they had a bigger bag option since this is like 2 1/2cups .

Makes really nice pancakes. When I was diagnosed with diabetes I thought I could never eat another pancake. Happy to be wrong

They got the texture pretty close to the real thing. The pancakes are fluffy. But they are pretty much tasteless, aside from a slight waffle flavor. If I cover them in salt and maple syrup, it’s tolerable, but not great.

What I like is that it did not raise my blood sugar. This is the first pancake. I’ve had that has not done that. Very happy with product and will buy more again.

These are really good. They have matched the texture and flavor of standard buckwheat pancakes almost exactly. I have done a blind taste-test and no one guessed they were not unhealthy sugar-laden high glycemic buckwheat pancakes. They are particularly good if you stir some fresh berries into the batter. The only problem I have with them is they require the addition of an egg, which makes it very hard to make a small, one or two person batch. But most pancake mixes do require an egg to make enough to feed six people.

The pancakes are wonderful and you can vary your recipe very easily. An exiting product line so readily available to those who try fewer carbs. Highly recommend!

I love this pancake mix. Was a little skeptical at first of the ingredients but it is delicious. I highly recommend it.

My husband loves pancakes, although he is Type 2 diabetic. We tried this product as an alternative. OMG, cannot even rate it, it is so awful. I made them per the instructions. Gluey and chewy. So bad my poor dog wouldn’t even eat them. Just skip this product all together. On the hunt for a new pancake mix that is diabetic friendly.
