Packed with lots of great recipes, this book makes high-protein, low-carb meals absolutely delicious. The recipes are easy to follow and they have lots of great flavor. As someone just starting out with a high-protein diet I found the first chapter to be very informative and helpful in understanding more about the high-protein diet. And the meal plan in the book really saved me a lot of time organizing my meals throughout the week. I would highly recommend this book!

    This is a good guide for learning how to do a high protein low carb diet. The recipes are really simple and easy to follow. The only thing is the food isn’t the most seasoned. Luckily I know how to season my food. And I prefer my recipe books to have more pictures.
