If you have trouble taking medicine a tablet will make it harder. This medicine is a tablet. I have bought Glucosamine from different brands and they seem to work the same. Glucosamine helps with lubrication of the joints to help ease pain.

I tried Glucosamine for the first time and it has greatly exceeded my expectations. With a torn hip labrum I can definitely feel the difference since taking glucosamine chondroitin. Well made and quality product from a great company.

In the bottle there are 180 tablets, each containing 500 mg Glucosamine sulfate and 400 mg Chondroitin sulfate.
The 1500 mg and 1200 mg values shown in large fonts on the label are contained in the serving size, which is 3 tablets. This is false advertising.
