I cannot rate the actual product because my son uses it. He’s a repeat customer so he must like it.
However, as his mother I am concerned that the plastic safety seal was not attached upon the latest arrival. I should not have to be concerned about his safety from a brand new product that cannot be returned.
After the Amazon rigamarole of trying to get through to a screen that is remotely useful I was finally able to contact the seller, only to receive no response about how to make this right. The default should not be that we’re **** out of luck. After all, they sell a similar product at our local health food store.
So, take your chances or not.
Updating review. The seller has contacted me and is sending a new product due to the detached safety seal on the original order. I believe this is fair and appreciate the attention given to concerns. I updated my review to five stars and recommend both the product and this seller.

Been taking this on and off for a long time now. I can definitely tell a big difference in size when I stop taking it vs when I start again. My doctor definitely doesn’t like that I’m taking this because my creatine levels are too high even though I take only half a scoop a day but I’ve had that issue with all creatine brands I’ve tried before so it doesn’t really have anything to do with the brand itself I guess.

I’ve been using this product for over a year and it is high quality. I prefer their subscription program through their website but bought this one cause I needed it quickly.

So I did a lot of research before decided to buy this actual supplement, because this one is supposedly be the one that’s what my body need for improve muscle mass, the main reason I decided to buy this is because. The fact that it only has really simply ingredients not like some other supplements that mix with a bunch of stuff, sugar alcohol etc etc, but this one just creatine, that’s it.
As far as the effects/ results, I think it’s too early to tell for me since I been lifting weights for more than a while, plus my diet, I believe is only fair to take it for at least a month or two just to compare my performance, body weight, muscle mass etc etc, as far as the price concern I would say it’s in the mid to higher range, that’s why is not getting a 5 star from me, however I wish they we could make / sale it in a bigger size per pound or even a 5lb weight, so we could buy it at a lower cost. Which both buyer & seller can get the most benefits out of it. As far as would I buy it again; the answer so far is a Yes!!! Unless I see no gain. Will update in about one to two months.

I am on either my third or fourth tub of this. It is my absolute favorite creatine to take. I love that there is no flavor, so I can mix it into any drink. It also mixes really well and doesn’t get all clumpy and nasty.
Creatine can be hard on the stomach, especially when you first take it. I have had this reaction with many different brands – but not with this one. Even when I take a break and get back to using it daily, I never have any nausea (my stomach is very sensitive, too). Make sure you only take one scoop, too, you don’t need more than 1 serving of creatine daily.
This brand works perfectly for my goals and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to implement it!
