On the pricey side. I take some in the morning & then again at dinner time. It’s important to have magnesium to sleep well. I noticed a big difference in sleeping better since I started this supplement. Tasteless. I put in a small amount of water.

Works well for relaxation; however taking 2ml left Mi feeling very lethargic so, I suggest that one should adjust consumption for best results.

After putting this device through its paces for a few weeks, I have come to the conclusion that it has a number of commendable qualities, most notably in terms of its utility and efficiency. I made the decision to give this supplement a go since I was seeking a solution to address a number of health concerns, including insomnia, bone health, and leg cramps. That being said, I believe that this supplement was an excellent decision in general. A big decrease in the leg cramps that I had throughout the night, which had been a persistent issue for me, particularly after I had exercised, was something that I observed. In addition, I noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep; I was able to fall asleep more quickly and wake up between the hours of midnight and morning. Although it was not a significant shift, it was sufficient to influence the way I felt throughout the day in a way that was evident. On the whole, I had a greater sense of relaxation, which may have played a role in my improved sleep.

After more research on the consumption of Vitamin D3/K2 is product didn’t meet the mark for the DV (daily value) of what I need for the product to be effective. Although it was a great taste and good price point, there appears to be more concentration on Calcium with the other vitamins added versus the main reason for purchase (VitD3K2) as well as this product not having a fat carrier due to Vitamin D being absorbed through “fat” due being fat soluble.
