My doc said to start taking magnesium malate and the only one my Nature Made I found was this complex. I like Nature Made since a lot of their vitamins are USP certified. Turns out this one isn’t which is a bummer but I’m assuming it’s because it’s a brand new product. It seems to work for my muscle tension since I feel more relaxed. Hopefully it will be USP certified soon so I can rest assured that it’s real.

These vitamins are great. I love the combination of magnesium and vitamin D plus zinc. They really help my legs no cramp and I sleep much better taking them.

Combination of magnesium, vitamin D and zinc gets absorbed better than any one of them alone. Our body needs all 3 any way. Consult medical professionals before supplementing these 3 because too much of any of them can have a detrimental affect.

I had no issues with these, they were fresh and the expiration was well out. I’m fixing to order some more. Since they’re complex i couldn’t find them in the store.
