I got these since everyone told me how great they were. I was taking woman multivitamins one a day this one is 2a day which is kinda pricey. Unsure how well it works cuz they are vitamins they have A mint pre-taste but I can totally taste the fishiness thru it and
Makes me gag since I hate sea food. Still gonna finish it since it cost me dinero

I like the idea of this product and I liked that it would take longer to dissolve so it usually happened in your lower intestine…. This was dissolving in my stomach within a matter of 30min and then I would spend half the day with that fish, foul sea taste in my mouth. It was so horrible…. I would sometimes get sick. I just can’t do it anymore. I have taken Omega3 with fish oil in them and as long as I ate something with it, never had an issue…. With this product, it didn’t matter. I tried to stick to it but I just can’t handle it anymore. Didn’t even make it a week. 😕

I’ve been taking Ritual vitamins for about 3 months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. I recently got my blood work done, and one of the biggest improvements has been with my cholesterol. The Omega-3s in these vitamins have definitely helped to keep things in check, which is a big win for me!
One thing I was pleasantly surprised by is the taste. It’s not bad at all – it almost smells like Vicks VapoRub, which I don’t mind at all. The slight aroma is actually kind of refreshing.
What I love most about these vitamins is how convenient they are. It’s an all-in-one formula, so I don’t have to juggle multiple pills throughout the day. For anyone who’s on the go and doesn’t want to deal with a handful of supplements, this is a great option.
I also really appreciate the addition of Vitamin K along with Vitamin D. This combination helps direct the Vitamin D to where it’s needed most – like the bones – instead of letting it build up in places like the arteries where it can cause issues. It’s a great way to get the benefits of both nutrients without worrying about any potential side effects.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend Ritual to anyone looking for a simple, effective supplement.

I have been searching for a multivitamin to take for quite some time. I have tried a handful of popular brands and haven’t noticed any improvement. I did a lot of research on what women should be taking in their 20s and 30s and these vitamins really hit the mark. I have been taking them consistently for a month now and have noticed a difference in my overall energy, my skins appearance and my nail health. Very impressed with the product.
Cons: I really just have one con for this product that I think has been echoed in other reviews. The taste of this product is bad. I take it right away in the morning then brush my teeth and use mouthwash to get rid of the taste. It does taste fishy for some reason.
With all that being said I do highly recommend this product.

Absolutely horrible: Ritual vitamins and Amazon experience. I did read all negative reviews, but I so desperately wanted to find good quality vitamins, that I decided to take a chance. What a mistake! The vitamins came in a clear bottle, with no box, with a 100 degrees heat that makes you wonder how protected these ingredients are in such exposed (and plastic) packaging. Besides, the expiration date was in 3 months! So, how old is this product?! Additionally, the bottle was cracked and I immediately reached out to Amazon Customer Service to ask for a replacement. They told me to send photos and after a day of evaluating my case, they came back with a decision that the bottle had ‘just a bump’ and that they will not replace them. Really?! For Prime Members they cannot replace a broken bottle?! How disappointing! Well, then I tried the vitamins… OMG! They are the worst supplements ever! The minty taste made me want to vomit and within 15 min the oily aftertaste was awful! I started eating anything I could find in the kitchen just to keep the horrible aftertaste down. The minty nastiness stayed on the back of my throat for hours. Besides, the beautifully advertised bright yellow vitamins is a deception – the bottle is dull and the vitamins have grayish undertone, nothing to be compared to the esthetically pleasing false image on the Ritual website. These vitamins went straight to the trash…

I’ve been using these vitamins for over 5 years now off and on. I like that I can travel with them since they don’t need to be kept in the fridge unlike a lot of other vitamins. I’m usually vitamin d deficient when I go into the doctor but not with these. I also really enjoy the taste. I don’t eat seafood, have a shellfish allergy actually, so I’m pretty sensitive to anything remotely fishy and I’ve never had an issue with these. The other big benefit I see with these is my sleep cycle always improves after 3-5 days of taking them consistently. When I forget to take them for a while or just get out of the habit, I wake up around 3am-4am and have trouble getting back to sleep. Not so when I’m taking these vitamins regularly, I sleep soundly and deeply. I recently started taking the Ritual Skin Health HyaCera supplement as well and I’m surprised at how much my dry winter skin has cleared up with taking those.
