Pure Encapsulations is a brand trusted by so many doctors and I can see why. No added fillers, quality ingredients, effective, barely smell, can be a little expensive, but when it comes to quality and your health you should never compromise. My wife and I both in our 40s take this daily. If I don’t take it one day I notice the difference in whether I have any dreams at all so it’s obviously doing something good. Very happy with purchase and am a Pure Encapsulations customer for life.

This is the best multi vitamin out there.It has no smell. You should take it after you’ve eaten or it can upset Your stomach. It is the best value out there for the benefits you get from it. It has no after taste, Will not upset your stomach if you’ve eaten something. The pill size is average, an it’s a capsule. It’s a lil high priced. However, you do feel better after about a solid week of taking it. We are repeat customers in our mid 50s. I do recommend if you can afford it

Female over 40 years old here, that had been noticing a lot of low energy most days. Just blah! I’ve never felt this before in my life but as I’ve gotten closer to 50, it’s been really affecting my mood, my capabilities around the house and how exhausted I feel after working all day. Though I’ve taken this brand for Magnesium at night, and had great results I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve taken handfuls of vitamins but nothing really made a difference as far as how good I felt. After researching high quality multi vitamins I kept coming across this offering. The ingredients amaze me. So much in a one-a-day pill. I’ve been taking these for 5 days and notice a huge difference in my mood and energy levels. I can work all day…clean, cook and still have energy. It’s fantastic. Highly recommended.

I’m a 38 yr old Father and athlete. I eat a clean diet, barely drink, sleep ok, and exercise a lot. Energy levels were a big issue for me. My recovery coupled with a draining job would leave me very drowsy and low energy when I got home after the workday. I didn’t have much left for my family. That was unacceptable.
So I decided to start taking a multi again. After some research I saw that Pure ONE was highly recommended by some trusted reviewers. So I gave it a try. I have been very happy with the effects. I have much more energy. I feel pretty good and my recovery after workouts are quicker. Now I have energy for my family and my training sessions later in the day are much better. I have the mental energy to learn new techniques and I have the push to sustain hard sparring rounds. I take one pill a day and I never miss.
I’m really really happy with this multi and I recommend it to anyone as a supplement on top of a good diet. Only small gripe is that these things stink. But for what it provides me, it’s a non factor.

This vitamin works great and love that I only have to take 1 a day. High in B12 but not overly high in B6 like most vitamins.
It definitely smells and tastes bad, most B vitamins do. Here’s what I do to make it easier to tolerate.
Take it out of the container and let it lay out for a few minutes. It helps get rid of the horrible container smell. Take with something flavored like gatorade, vitamin water or juice. It masks the taste a bit. Drinking with water tastes horrible. Hope this helps
