I started taking the product on 5-24 and took the 2 pills within one day. It gives me great energy without crashing and controls my appetite. I do get little jitters due to that I’m sensitive to coffeine. I do have IC and for me it works out just taking one pill per day. Otherwise, it flares my IC up. I feel so much better having more energy throughout the day and I’m not eating unnessary snacks. It helps me with my sugar cravings also and I don’t need to eat any sweets as usual. Normally, I eat all the time even when I’m not hungry and this product helps me to control my urges. My weight is usually 134 pounds and due to that I have gain 10 pounds being in my 50s, I decided to give this product a chance. I’ve started the gym back and it might be that the weight I have gain, is due to muscles but I knew I have to try a supplement to feel comfortable with myself. I’m staying positive and already like the fact that my day is not consumed to be extremely tired or to eat all day. I hope the product helps you also.

Day 1 of taking, digestive system has been turned back on, which is something I really needed since I suffer with UC. After week 1, I lost 5 pounds without exercising. It does suppress my appetite so I have to remind myself to eat. Great product!

I have tried this product TWO different times.
Once before my fall wedding last year, and again at the beginning of this year.
Both times I’ve purchased, I took as directed on the bottle: “take 2 capsules once a day, 20-30 mins before a meal with 8oz of water – for best results.”
For round two I even changed my eating habits, completely discontinued soda intake, and ate healthier than I would normally, with moderate exercise. I had hoped for better results choosing healthier choices.
I have not seen any results either time I used this. Unfortunately I have GAINED weight rather than losing. It keeps me up later at night and has caused stomach issues.
Also, it falsely advertises that your next bottle is free. Both times I have tried to claim the free bottle, but it says the promotion is no longer available for this product!
I would not recommend using this product. I will not purchase again.

I purchased this mainly for an fat burner support on top of my diet and weight training program. Green tea has always been known as an antioxidant substance, so this will help get rid of some of the toxic in your body. I wanted to get off drinking coffee and sodas for caffeine and just really up my water intake but needed the energy. These capsules have done this for me and my workouts have increased due to more healthy energy. I can focuses better and can get things done. I feel much heathier, I’ve lost weight, and I’ve never felt jittery or had any nausea while taking this supplement.

The product works well and keeps my appetite at bay. However, if I take 2 pills before my meal I get very nauseous. I am cutting back to one pill in the morning and one in the evening to see if that helps. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

Excellent product, a friend recommended to me. I already finished one bottle, I’m in my 2nd. I’m feeling energizer. 6 months ago, I stopped doing exercise because the lack of energy after I started taking these pills, I’m feeling again full of energy and start doing exercise again, I feel more focus when I’m at my work, and start notice that my pants are getting loose on me. I already bought extra bottles for my sisters. I like also the fact that is 100% organic and high quality in all the ingredients. I have been taking product for over 2 weeks now. It does suppress my appetite only if it is taken an hour or more before I plan to eat a meal. It had a good taste to it as well, you will have flavored burps come up. Now down to what everyone is curious about does it help you loose weight? Yes. I was flucuating from 182-184lbs, depending on diet. i am now a steady 175 i have lost over 7 lbs in 2 weeks no matter what i decide to eat, still going down in weight slowly, with no exercise besides walking maybe 1/2 mile a day at work. I have noticed my metabolism is working better as well. I can now eat a big meal and not carry that with me for a few days. It’s gone the next morning. All in all, product does do everything it says it does. Would recommend.
