These don’t spike my blood sugar. I drive a lot for work, so I eat these instead of going through a fast food drive-thru. I’ll typically eat three(3) of these bars, and they won’t put my blood sugar above 140, and they’ll satiate me and I won’t be hungry again until I’m home and can eat a healthy and low-carb dinner. I buy these regularly and will keep buying them.

These are a great protein bar – low in sugar and carbs, high in protein and very filling for me. I don’t care for very sweet treats and this has a good hint of sweetness without being overly sweet.

These KIND Zero Added Sugar Bars are basically a breakfast miracle. Dark chocolate, almonds, a touch of sea salt, and zero added sugar — it’s like the universe made the perfect snack and wrapped it up for me. Keto-friendly, protein-packed, non-GMO, kosher, and just 1g of sugar. Oh, and they taste like a gourmet dessert. Buy them now, or forever regret your bland snack choices.

These are just what I was looking for – not loaded with sweeteners or sugar, carbs, excessive calories…Just actual food. A good snack. I don’t know why everyone’s complaining that they are small. They’re only a little smaller than the original Kind bar but they are more satisfying. I stay fuller longer and have no sugar crash. They are NOT SWEET so I see how some might be turned off by that, but for me, I LOVE IT. Not a fan of candy-bar type snacks. I take these to work and they are a great midday snack that don’t leave me with a sugar crash or grabbing for more coffee to make it through the day. I would recommend these to anyone looking for low carb sugar free bars without a ton of unnecessary ingredients. Simple, good stuff. The only con is they are not sweet if that’s what you want, and they are probably too hard for people with a lot of dental work. (Although I have fillings and have zero problems with these). They are also pricey, so not something I would eat every day. But a couple times a week, I’m sold.
