This was another blind purchase from Tik Tok. All the girlies says it helps with bloating. I must say it did help with my bloating but one of the selling points was that it is tasteless and let me tell you it’s not tasteless….. It have a mild BC/GOODY (crushed aspirin) taste. I can’t stand the way it taste but I just chug it in the morning before I eat. Would definitely recommend to help heal gut lining which helps reduce bloating.

I have tried many other L-glutamine supplements, and this one is certainly the best. It mixes incredibly well and does not cause any upset stomach challenges as I have had with other glutamine brands. In fact it has significantly helped improve my leaky gut. Excellent value for money, and there is no scent as it is unflavored.
It is not the cheapest on the market but certainly has been the best as I have tried some of the other lower cost products which have given me significant stomach upset.

I’ve been using this for about 15 years. It helps with muscle soreness and curbs sugar cravings. I rarely go a day with out. No flavor and blends well. I use it 30 minutes before my workout and sometimes before head too if I had an intense strength training day. I tell everyone it’s my magic powder! I’ve used other brands but I prefer this one. Great price and good quality.

I love this product! With so many different ones to choose from…this one is very cost efficient and does not change the flavor of the drink you put it in. It is a powder and comes with a scoop and very easy to use.
