You really don’t know how good something is until you’re using the wrong one. Not sure if that makes sense….the other brand smelled bad (like cheese) and did not work at all. I wasted 2 months. giving them a try. I’ve used a few brands over the years and the last one was absolutely terrible. I ordered Best Naturals with high hopes and they delivered…well, I think they did. I was having big issues weight training. Very long recoveries that would interfere with the next workout and then the next workout and also weird degrading repetitive injuries that destroyed my gains. I take 4 of these before the gym with a small meal and 2 after with another meal. Fingers crossed, after a month with Best Naturals My issues are dissipating and maybe now I can work on recovering my strength and gains. Ordering another now so thought I would share my experience.

I purchased this because the brand that was recommended to me seemed extremely expensive so I opted for this less expensive brand. I am giving this three stars because this caused me extreme acid reflux/heartburn. I researched this issue and was unable to verify if the additive that is usually the culprit was included in this version of the supplement. I was told to look for an acid regulator in the ingredients but did not see this so not sure if it just not listed or actually is not in the product. Stopped taking this after only a week because I was so miserable on the days that I took it. I will be giving the more expensive version a shot because it is supposed to be all natural .
